Dr. Simmons clinic is outstanding in all areas of care. I needed a replacement for my poor fitting partial denture. The new partial fits so well, I forget they are not my original teeth. The staff are friendly and efficient. I recommend this clinic over all other providers.

I'm extremely happy with my implant. Dr. Simmons and his assistant are very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a clear treatment plan and everything was done in a reasonable time frame sooner than I expected. I love that everything was done in his clinic (He designed a custom abutment and the crown in his lab) i also love that I got my tooth on the same day he made the peices. I highly recommend him

My experience with South Texas Dental Dr Simmons and staff everyone has been great to me understanding the condition I've had from the age of 8 . Doctor Simmons and staff are very positive and confident on my future procedure I don't show much emotion but inside I am so excited and happy that they are doing everything possible for me God bless y'all and everyone who is putting so much effort to make this DREAM! a reality.

A crown had fallen off at dinner and the next morning I called and was fitted in the schedule. The crown was reinstalled and in less then an hour it was finished.

My teeth were terribly damaged from. Constancy vomiting from a brain tumor. Dr. Simmons's has done very precise & beautiful work restring my teeth- removing those broken denuded and painful with gorgeous bridge and stopping further decay. His bedside manner is wonderful and funny- and he is very honest & reasonably priced and actually went over a treatment plan fitting all I'd and crossing all T's. I'm a 25yo ICU, Cath/angio, ER-strains and clinical training instructor for SARD-EMS. I would highly recommend him especially those with dental anxiety.

No need to look further! Dr.Simmons and Cindy are the best in the field. He will always give you his honest and professional opinion. He deserves every dollar I have spent. Dr. Simmons is so compassionate. Very attentive to what our needs were. Our daughter has a rare genetic disorder that limits the amount of adult teeth she has. He is the first Dentist that stepped up & helped us come up with a treatment plan to help her get through her teenage years into young adulthood. Until she's old enough to do implants. Very very grateful we found him & his practice. Him & his staff are simply the best. They have made this journey for our daughter so smooth!! She's been smiling since we've started this process!!! Thank you thank you!

Dr. B. Simmons was the best Specialtist I've been to in a while. He was very patient with my countless questions. Very professional and personable. Knowledgeable as well. He went above and beyond by adjusting my upper dentures so they could fit better. I had to rush off because of an emergency at home so I didn't take time to properly thank him Cindy and his entire office staff was also remarkably friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Simmons.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Dr Simmons was extremely patient and explained what his recommendations were and how they would be done. I absolutely adore Dr. SIMMONS and his staff. They always try their best to accommodate me with my work hours. I originally got my implants from a regular dentist. After spending around 15,000.00 on top of what my insurance paid, I was left with teeth that never fit right. They always hurt and never set tight in my mouth. Well covid hit and my dentist closed down. By the time they were seeing patients again they said my warranty limit was up. I found Dr. SIMMONS by googling " the best implant Dr in San Antonio." And was the info ever right! Why in hell would you go to a regular dentist, spend tens of thousands of dollars for faulty shabby work when you can see someone who knows what the hell he or she is doing. And that is Dr. SIMMONS. THANK YOU DR. FOR ALWAYS BEING FAIR AND DOING THE CORRECT JOB. I actually lost two of my implants $4000.00 folks. Money down the drain.Due to not getting the best of the best Dr. Who actual job is specializing in implants. Trust me... if your ready for implants.. don't trust your dentist. Get real professional work at. SOUTH TEXAS DENTAL WITH DR. SIMMONS. TELL THEM KATHY SENT YOU.!

I had broken a part of a tooth in the front of my mouth. Made an appointment. When I arrived, an x-ray was taken, the dentist made his examination and then discussed options available. Surprising to me, he was able to complete my chosen option the same day within an hour. No discomfort. My front teeth looked better than they did before I broke the tooth. He did a great job! Highly recommend!

I've been a patient of this office for almost 18 years. They are professional and have the best equipment and technology needed in order to provide the best services, even ones that used to take 2 visits to accomplish the task. I recommend this office for any complicated prosthodontist work. They also offer maintenance care (e.g., cleanings) so if you're looking for a one-stop shop, this is the one to go to - competent and friendly staff! Dr. Simmons (both of them), Helen and staff are awesome!
