Dr. Sarah Keen was born and raised in Minnesota. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Colorado Dental Association and routinely volunteers with the Once World Clinic. She has a wonderful sense of humor and infectious smile that makes all feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Keen continues to receive advanced training in restorative, cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry.

Dr. Greening is a graduate of The University of Detroit School of Dentistry in Detroit Michigan. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio before joining the United States Air Force.

The facility was clean. The staff was professional, welcoming and fun to talk to. I was told what was going on at each step. And they are more than willing to work with their patients on what needs to be done.

The staff is excellent and friendly. The treatments have not been expensive and I haven't had any problems with my teeth.

My first visit was okay. The atmosphere is lacking in privacy and worn. Dentist was okay during initial visit, but at second visit when I expressed concern for pain she was visibly irritated and short with me. She told me to floss more (I already floss multiple times a day) and refused to even do a x-ray to check. So I leave and immediately make a appointment for a second opinion. My pain increases over the week while I wait for my second opinion appointment. So I go and guess what? Yeah, the pain was real and valid. I had a filling going bad and I needed a whole cap on my tooth and a root canal. I will NEVER go back to this dentist and highly discourage others to go here. She wants to get paid, but doesn't really want to work and she doesn't LISTEN to her patients.

My mother was seen as a new patient and Dr. Keen and her staff were great. They were professional and treated us with respect. Dr. Keen explain their results and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Would definitely recommend this office.

I am a new patient and I received a checkup under the $19 new patient promotion. This included a checkup, full x-rays, and a comprehensive treatment plan. Victoria, the dental assistant who did my x-rays was so kind and accommodating. Dr. Libby was also so knowledgeable and very open about all my options, keeping my price range in mind. I definitely recommend them!

Sami my hygienist was very kind, Receptionist Yemi (my apologies if I spelled name incorrectly) was extremely knowledgeable and fair when it came to payments. Dr Keen is one of my favorite dentist. Thanks team.

I'm not totally sure what has happened to the dental group, but in the last few months I have had my appointments canceled by the office twice, and have been told when I attempt to reschedule that I was never on the schedule to begin with (despite getting reminders from the office that I have an appointment). The last time I went into the office, the doctor told me I wasn't on the schedule and that they didn't have the ability to fit me in. I still find the staff and the doctors helpful, informative, and kind, but the scheduling and communication issues have gotten frustrating enough for me to consider going to a different dentist. I hope whatever is happening gets figured out soon.

I want to preface this with when I first scheduled my x rays for a possible tooth extraction everything went great. However everything changed when I called back a month later as I was waiting for my new dental plan to start before getting the surgery. I called in the morning and was told "the dentist is available and will call you back in 30 minutes" I waited all day and called back at 4pm after not receiving a call back. I was told the dentist had just left and to call back the next day in hopes to get the other dentist on site. If I can't trust you to call me back as promised how am I supposed to trust you to put needles in my mouth and extract my tooth. I will not be going back.

Only have had my first visit so far for a quick exam. Pleasant dentist experience overall. Maybe it's because it was a Thursday afternoon, but it took me longer to fill out my paperwork than I had to wait which is always excellent in my book!

Fort Carson Families this is the Place for You! This is an updated review! Thank you so much for going above and beyond to take care of me. I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and professional. My tech was amazing and noticed a lot of things about my teeth, X-rays and gums and asked questions about what I have been experiencing based on that. I felt very very comfortable and confident about my care. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They take Tricare and are less than 10 min from gate 1. I left my review from earlier below. I had a hard time getting in for my appointment. I don't think this is the typical experience patients have here. When I reached out about my experience they responded quickly and went above and beyond to take care of me today. I am a new patient trying to book a 6 mo cleaning. I called in Feb this year (4 mo ago) and scheduled an appointment for over a month out as they were book. Due to the good reviews I was ok with this. THEN the week of my appointment I get a text that the tech is unavailable and that they cancelled my appointment and that I need to call them to reschedule. I do and I have to wait more than a month again. My appointment was supposed to be in two days. Today I get a text saying the tech is unavailable and they cancelled my appointment for this Thursday. I tried to call and no one answered so I left a voicemail. I have already arranged for paid child care for the appointment. This is extremely inconvenient for me. It has now been a whole year since my last cleaning due to the cancellations by this office.

Child #1's insurance showed up as inactive, then on same visit is was active, then after visit, inactive with balance due. Never knew about this balance until Child #2 visit, in the chair before notified insurance was inactive. Left the clinic, called insurance to verify insurance was active. Insurance called clinic to clear things up. Insurance was active the entire time. After three months and a reschedule on the dentist's part, turned away for erroneously determined inactive insurance. Clinic never called back. I guess South Springs Dental does not want my business.

Dr. Keen is an amazing dentist. I am very particular about who I go see for my dental care. I moved out of the springs and found a different dentist closet to home, but they didn't meet my expectations so I came back to Dr. Keen. She and her staff are caring and want the best outcome for you and your teeth. Thanks Dr. Keen!!
