Melissa has been with working with Dr. Spano since the 20th Century. Most of you will recognize her calming voice on the phone, or the person who spent 20 minutes talking to you about your treatment. The Mama Bear of the office, she keeps the staff in line including the Doctors!
Originally from Wisconsin, Jessica has been with us since 2010. Jessica received her dental assisting training in Wisconsin before realizing that Charlottesville was the place to be. Jessicas infectious smile makes our patients feel at ease.

Dr. Spano attended Western Albemarle High School, the University of Virginia, the Medical College of Virginia at VCU and the University of Connecticut where he received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Dr. Nasworthy was born in Swainsboro, Georgia. He attended Georgia Southern University for undergraduate studies where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He then worked in research for the Medical College of Georgia. After working in research for four years, Dr. Nasworthy attended the Dental College of Georgia and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
