The Doctors and Staff are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. They are very compassionate and understanding on how detrimental a dentist visit can be and put all your worries and concerns first. I highly recommend this establishment for all your dental needs. You won't be disappointed!!

Braces off today! My daughter now has the perfect smile. The staff always give you a one on one personal experience each visit. It seems they know each patient individually. The doctors are professional and skilled. The assistants are very knowledgeable. I always love seeing Dina, and chatting about life. I would definitely recommend them for your orthodontic needs.

Went for a consultation. First impression with making the appt and when first got there doing paperwork was good. However, being the appt was 8am and the schedule was still behind for more than half an hour was two stars taken back. However the doc was very honest in her opinion on what needs to be done and what's best for my child, as she mentioned 'if this is my son...' We plan to be back next year to be re-evaluated for possible treatment.

i really love this place, very respectful and caring Workers. Dr. Urban, Dina and Staff Always took good care of me through the process and journey with my braces on. Their finally off!! and my teeth came out really great thank you to all the staff that work at South shore smiles orthodontics.

Paid 5,000$ for braces they said that they would fix my teeth I wore them and had to get my teeth rescan for reasons my teeth look way worse than what they did before. Everyone there tells you one thing and and someone tells you another thing super unprofessional they will literally steal your money and leave your teeth messed up the doctor won't even bother trying to work with you at all this place is the worse place to spend your money on don't even bother going here it's just plain unprofessional they don't know how to communicate and when you try they only open 3 days a week so how can you even speak to anybody or go when your available if they only open for 3 days worst experience ever I expected my teeth to be atleast better than before and honestly I should've wasted those 5000$ somewhere else

Have my two boys going to South Shore Smiles for their braces. The staff is amazing and the service is great. They are very accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Dina who is always going the extra mile in service. We are very happy to have been referred to South Shore Smiles in Bellmore.
