Due to years of neglect I have many problems. Missing teeth, cavities, crooked smile, ect. I started my journey with South Shore smiles about 2 years ago. I am beyond happy with their professionalism, kindness, and service. I still have a long road to recovery but my progress is amazing so far. Dr. Chen and staff are wonderful. First visit with them today and it made me excited for my next appointment. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating. The yellow glasses they have made the appointment even more relaxing. Both Christine and Dr Cheng were really sweet. 12/10

South Shore Smiles is the best dental clinic I have ever experienced in my life. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with this exceptional team! The entire staff are extremely caring and professional. The experience started off with a friendly patient coordinator Mary who was quick to answer the phone, friendly, and efficient at scheduling my appointment. I received frequent reminders via text about my upcoming appointment and could complete paperwork digitally before I arrived. My hygienist Susan was friendly, knowledgable, caring, and took her time while cleaning my teeth. She did not promote any unnecessary treatments as you often see in other dental clinics. Dr. Tuyen Nguyen was my dentist and she was incredible. She was friendly, personable, and an expert in her craft. In past dental experiences, the dentist would spend 5 minutes with me and seem rushed. Not Dr. Nguyen. She answers all of your questions and spends ample time to make sure you understand everything about your oral care. In total my initial evaluation was so thorough it took nearly 2 hours and I don't have any complicated dental history. The staff used state of the art equipment, such as an imaging device that takes a 3D scan of all of your teeth that can be viewed on the TV screen in front of your chair. This is an incredible educational tool and something I have never experienced before. The whole team at South Shore Smiles practice healthcare how it should truly be practiced. Their actions and demeanor with patients truly show that patient care is their priority, not just some slogan that other clinics use to attract patients. Thank you all for your help!

Incredible! I'm so grateful that I found South Shore Smiles. Wonderful and friendly staff, beautiful office, knowledgeable and super helpful technician and dentist. Wow! I came home and told my husband that he's in store for a treat when he goes in for his appointment. Thank you SSS!

I wrote a very nice review but I had to revised it. I am very very upset. After waiting almost 3 weeks for my final retainers. I got a confirmation text from South Shore Smiles about an upcoming appointment. This is when I asked about my retainers that someone was going to contact me about. I was advise to check my email. I proceed to ask if my retainers was in (yes or no) I was told to check my email and that all the information in it. I started to get mad because then I felt brushed off. I said well I didn't get an email. I addressed the fact that they could have text me like they usually do. Long story short now they basically telling me. They messed up on the payment arrangement and that until I'm caught up. I will not be getting my retainers. People beware of these people that's trying to scam you. They never told me that it was "14 month interest free". The manager told me that she'll break down my payments into 14 months period. Wow My payments was late but every month I paid them. They switch my payments to $200 (paid that twice) and all of a sudden I've missed payment so disappointed. So many scams out there. I am very disappointed and frustrated at the same time. The devil is a liar. I rebuke that smh

The dental care I receive at South Shore Smiles is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Chang makes sure everything has been addressed before she lets you leave the chair. I was very self-conscious of my smile, spacing looked like I was missing a tooth. Dr. Chang suggested Invisalign and actually showed me the difference it would make. I thought I was too old for braces. I've had Invisalign since January and am amazed at the difference it has made. I am no longer self-conscious when I smile.
