Update this office is trying to say they did not do this work, WRONG!! Thanks to technology, I can now leave a review all these years later. I still have the receipt from (10/2005) and I will send it to them in an email if they provide an email. I keep track of all medical paperwork, especially when you hurt my kid for this reason. This doctor was awful to my son had two wisdom teeth pulled by this doctor while under anesthesia and he must have left part of one of the teeth still in there. His mouth abscessed and swelled up huge and we had to go to the family doctor and get x-ray and pain meds before getting back into to see him and make him take whatever was left in there out. Then he was mean to my son once he was back in the chair to get the stuff taken out. Terrible. He liked his license so he gave us back a refund for that tooth. If he has done this to you, you need to get a refund or file a complaint against his license this is unacceptable.

Dr. Ho was incredibly kind, informative, and sympathetic, as were all of the other staff members. I get terrible dentist's office anxiety, and prior to this experience I hadn't had any form of surgeries since I was a toddler. Dr. Ho and his team will be there for you to alleviate your fears and instill confidence. The procedure went extremely quickly and I am currently on the road to healing. Thank you, South Shore. <3 p.s. Staff, I apologize for my use of profanities when y'all were trying to get my IV in. lol i'm afraid of needles

I had surgery Monday it's five days later and I'm in more pain now then before I got them pulled when I call to ask him about this cut in my cheek area by the tooth that was taking out he got an attitude I would not suggest think oral surgeon

Had a back molar extraction July 9th by Dr. Ho. Just need to let you know I was very pleased with the entire process. I was only there for half hour and no complications.

A very sincere Thank You to Dr. Yusuf and Dental Assistant Raquel for outstanding care in a dental procedure that I had done. It went very smooth and they were very professional.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed Feb 12, 2021. When I went to see him after the surgery I noticed a new sore on his elbow. I asked the nurse how it happened. She replied he must have hit it somehow. While at home later that day my son mentioned that after his surgery, he tried to get up on his own and fell. He was left alone while coming out of anesthesia. The nurse came in, helped him up off the floor and moved him into the recovery room. The next day we found a large sore/bruise on his left shoulder. It's obvious when he fell the impact was on the left side of his body. I immediately called Dr. Ho. I was very angry that when I specifically ASKED the nurse what happened she FAILED to tell me my son had fallen. I texted Dr. Ho the pictures and his reply is attached. I'm writing this review so that others can be informed and be careful. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. This could have been a catastrophic closed head injury. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very professional yet down to earth staff. I found everyone, including Dr. Ho, extremely personable and caring. They made a procedure that I was feeling extreme anxiety about, seem effortless.

Best oral surgeon around. Myself my husband and my son have all had procedures performed by Dr Ho, implants, wisdom teeth removal and other extractions. Quick and with nearly any pain. He is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I have been to 3 other oral surgeons over the past years that were recommended by my dentist and the experiences for me and my other 2 children were very traumatizing. Thank you Dr Ho and staff.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Paul Ho. He was very professional, kind, and really cared for my health. The procedure did not take long at all and afer 5-6 hours, it felt like I didnt even have a procedure done in all honesty. They also called me a few hours later to check up on me. The staff was very kind and the office is really neat and clean. Would 100% reccommend him to anyone.

A few hours after my surgery my mother informs me that I was stumbling on my walk back to the car. I was quite confused because I would not understand why I was walking back to the car and not being pushed in a wheelchair. This is beyond dangerous. On top of that I asked them where I could get a wrap around ice pack for my face when they called me to check on me after my surgery and the receptionist who called me had absolutely no idea.. yet all other oral surgery places that I know of not only know where to get these but also give out free ones?!
