I've been seeing Dr. Bryant and his team for years. Great atmosphere, clean space, super friendly and engaging staff. I wouldn't ever think to go anywhere else.

Seriously, do NOT go here. I would give zero stars if I could. The hygienist and receptionists were great. The experience with the dentist was an actual nightmare. Not only did they drill into my molar for a false cavity, the performance of the false-cavity fill was abominable and has left me with countless issues (jaw misalignment from improper filling, uneven tooth grinding that has caused recession, food constantly getting stuck in a spot it never would before, and a filling so tight it is nearly impossible to get floss through). While receiving the end of the poor fill procedure, the dentist informed me that he had another upcoming appointment, and "I could come back, and he would fix it for free". Why would I return, even for a free, to a dentist who performs with such disregard for their patients? Therefore, I went to a different dentist to receive a second opinion, and thus confirm my suspicions, there was no need to drill in the first place as there was no cavity, I just naturally have deep grooves in my molars. I strongly advice anyone who reads this to find a dentist who actually respects their patients' health and who performs with ethics, something this dentist clearly lacks.

I just went to South shore for the first time and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I grew up with a great dentist that I went to for 25 years who set a high standard before moving to Denver, and south shore is one of those places I can see being my dentist for another 25. Everyone on the team explains things carefully and very detailed, they answered every question I had and didn't know I had, and bonus, the doggy keeps you company and keeps you relaxed - which is especially great if you have dentist anxiety. I got a full understanding of treatment and cost upfront which makes it easy to plan and budget for a great smile. Thank you all!!

Thank goodness for the dogs & women working here because otherwise this place is an absolute disaster. I had an overwhelmingly terrible experience with David Bryant. I recently went in for an emergency visit due to swelling & pain after a recent crown he did, only for him to completely dismiss my pain then tell me I had a gum infection after 2 minutes in office - no X-rays done. I was asked over & over if I ate popcorn then sent me on my way with antibiotics. Within 12 hours my face doubled in size & eye almost shut! I rushed to find a second opinion & my new dentist confirmed I had an infection under the crown done 3 months ago & was sent for a root canal right away. My endodontist also said even IF it was a gum infection it should have been taken more seriously + a gum infection would not be ONLY above one tooth - the crown. I also discovered I was told I needed much more work than I actually did & was quoted double by South Shore! This is in addition to the horrible month I had with 3 temporary crowns waiting for the permanent crown. I kept waiting for things to get better each visit but I risked my health & wallet trusting David Bryant. I PAID EXTRA to have another dentist finish this crown after my root canal just so I could avoid going back here! Worst experience I have ever had in healthcare hands down. I wish I could get back my money, time & avoid the pain I endured due to my experience here but I hope this review helps someone else looking for a dentist find someone who cares to listen, actually says hello when you enter their office & takes your health seriously. Save yourself money and pain - avoid this place if you can!

I will not return here. I had a very poor experience with fillings. When the fillings were overfilled and causing me issues I went back in to get that resolved. With no information given to me, I was charge $300 for them to go back in and shave down the fillings that they over filled. I've never had this kind of experience with a dentist. When I went back in for the filling fix, the dentist had stated that if they had missed some of the cavity I'd likely need a root canal. This was just unacceptable information to me. I paid for a filling, it's been about 10 months since I had cavities filled here.. and I still can't eat on the right side of my mouth. I can even floss between the teeth that they did fill without terrible piercing pain. And just to add to the terrible experience, everytime I'd go into the dentist here they would have additional charges claiming my insurance didn't cover the last appointment fully even though I received statements from my insurance saying otherwise. This dentist seems like a great option for a general cleaning. I wouldn't trust your teeth to this practice beyond that.

I just had an extraction of my back molar and the experience was actually not that bad. Dr. Bryant is very knowledgeable and easy going. The staff was great and Jolene (JoJo) one of their therapy dogs was such a sweetheart. I will definitely go there for my dentistry needs.

Easily the best dental experiences I've had. The staff is very welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. I got my wisdom tooth pulled and it took less than 20 minutes (15 min for prep and 5 min for the actual procedure) with no pain at all. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this dental office for about 2 years and I love it! Everyone is very friendly and professional. The dentist is great with your teeth and super nice at the same time. I appreciate that they take great care of you without trying to get you to purchase unnecessary services.

Not a former patient but former employee. I just want to piggy back off what Laura commented. I used to work for South Shore for a very short period of time, and being employed there was extremely trying on my mental health. Not only did the doctor put profits over people, but he did often make comments in people's physical appearance (some comments were very obviously racially fueled). I still think about my experience here because of how upsetting and difficult it was for me. If you value a doctor who respects their employees and knows how to treat patients with respect, don't go here. Also, I've never seen a dentist diagnose more cavities in my life. If you're unsure about your diagnoses, get a second opinion.

After moving to Colorado I tried out a couple dentists that didn't feel like they had my best interests in mind. A friend recommended I try South Shore Dental out and I am beyond thankful that I did. The amount of time the people of this office take to make sure you feel comfortable and that you understand what is going on is unmatched. They walk you through every step of the process and answer any questions you may have a long the way. Even in tough times such as these they still find ways to be there for people and make it work. Highly recommend!

This was the first dental office I visited after relocating to Colorado. They overall had pretty decent reviews and were close to where I was living. There was a bit of a mix-up with my first appointment since I had booked via ZocDoc, but I was able to clear it up with the front desk easily and came back for my first appointment. That's when I met Dr. Bryant. Him and the dental assistant were pretty friendly, they joked a lot with one another during my first visit/ cleaning which I thought was a little unprofessional but not a big deal. What really got me was when he asked me about some gum recession behind my front lower teeth which I explained that I had my tongue pierced in the past. Dr Bryant made a statement along the lines of "Huh, you don't strike me as someone who would have had that." Okay? I didn't really know what to say after that, and he just made me feel really uncomfortable and I wanted the cleaning and exam to be over. For this reason I wouldn't recommend anyone to this practice.
