A Long Island native, Dr. Dory Stutman earned his dental degree from the School of Graduate Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University. He completed his general practice residency at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH and a postgraduate program in esthetic dentistry at the University of Buffalo.
Dr. Stutman has been in private practice since 1991 and opened the doors of South Shore Dental Care in 1995. He attends more than 100 hours of advanced dentistry seminars each year, concentrating on cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction to repair broken down smiles. He has trained under some of the finest and most well-known dentists in the United States. He is also a clinical consultant for The Dental Advisor, a publication for which he evaluates dental products. His article, entitled Bonding on Tetracycline Teeth, appeared in the October 2003 issue of Dental Town magazine.
His interest in art and sculpture is evident in the magnificent smiles he creates for patients. He also enjoys travel, Broadway shows, movies, music, dining, sports, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Khalida Stutman received her dental degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Graduate Dentistry. She attended the BU Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry for advanced education in general dentistry, as well as the United States Dental Institute's one-year program in orthodontics.

Dr. Khalida and her tech were great. Very professional and excellent service. Dr. Khalida explained everything she was doing in detail. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and nice. The office, exam rooms and bathroom are very clean. Encouraged my parents to go there also.

I absolutely love this dental office. Dr Dory and Dr. K are the best. I had a full makeover done a few years back, and my smile looks fantastic. I am fully confident with these dentists. My daughter is now at an age for dental visits, and it's nice to know they are fully accommodating for children as well. We just had her teeth cleaned, and sealed today with Tina the Hygenist, and she was wonderful. I fully recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for the best.

Went in to prep for a crown. Dr. Stutman and his staff took great care of me. Their numbing process is impeccable. Didn't feel the needle infiltrate my gums. I used to have a fear of going to the Dentist but after going here for years, I feel right at home!

Dr Dory got me in for an appointment right away after I lost a tooth while on vacation hiking. They took care of the tooth on a the first visit even though it was late in the day. The entire staff at South Shore Dental is a pleasure to deal with!! I'll be a patient for life!!
