So when I called them on the phone I was specific about about needing a tooth extraction do to the pain I am in I was informed over the phone that my apt would be at 230 and I would be scheduled at 3 for an extraction and it would be there in case there was no infection. I went in and everything was okay the girl doing the xrays was still new and I had to listen to a lecture about my dental care (I know I have bad teeth I do not need a lecture) I was informed that there was an infection in my bottom jaw. I had to ask if the dentist was going to prescribe anything and the girl still in training had to find out the dentist who did not read my file because if she would have she would have known that o had an unknown allergy. She appeared to be offended when I asked her what she was prescribing for me. She also was rude. When I asked about the extraction I was informed informed that I was never scheduled (so the person I spoke with on the phone lied) I was then informed (by the girl still in training) that they could not do it because of the other customers. The whole reason why I wanted to go was to have a tooth pulled I wasted 100 and so dollars. On an exam and prescription I will not be back

Clean, prompt care with only one week wait. The staff was courteous and kind.
