South Plains Rural Health Services is committed to providing comprehensive health care to patients of all ages. Located in Levelland, Lamesa, and Big Spring, Texas, the center addresses every single health care need their patients may have.
South Plains Rural Health Services includes an optical store where patients can purchase glasses and frames after an eye exam, while the on-site pharmacy provides a convenient place to pick up prescriptions. Immunizations and laboratory services are also available.
SPRHS accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private health insurance plans. They also serve individuals that are not covered by health insurance. Patients are charged for services on a sliding fee scale based on the household size and income. In accordance with federal regulations, proof of income must be provided for the patient to be eligible for any sliding fee discount on services.
South Plains Rural Health Services is proud to operate in a diverse community and respects all cultural backgrounds. Staff members provide patients with the care they need in a language they understand. The dentist that worked here is cocky, arrogant and thinks he knows everything there is about dentistry. However, I got work done with Bruce.. I then moved to Lubbock and the dentist I have now said Bruce did a horrible horrible job. He's very unprofessional, extremely unprofessional. I heard they moved, let's hope he got fired (by the way you can delete my review if you'd like I'll just continue posting it.)

I drove an hour to be here, then they tell me they had to reschedule because they hadn't heard from my doctor. That's fine, but call me before I drive an hour to be there. Terrible service. I will not be returning.

This dentist office is a very sorry place to go to. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. I went there about three or four years ago and the following year I went to a different dentist office and they told me that the last dentist I went to did not do a very good work. So the dentist had to redo all of what the dentist did there in Lamesa. So that showed me that the dentist did not care about the patients oral care. Only cares about the money that they can get. That is very sorry.

This dentist office is a very sorry place to go to. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. I went there about three or four years ago and the following year I went to a different dentist office and they told me that the last dentist I went to did not do a very good work. So the dentist had to redo all of what the dentist did there in Lamesa. So that showed me that the dentist did not care about the patients oral care. Only cares about the money that they can get. That is very sorry.

The office is very pleasant. I had alot of anxiety going into visit and for an extraction, and everyone made me feel comfortable. Its clean, friendly, and the wait is minimal. Also the dentist was just chatting with me to take my mind off of the work being done and was extremely friendly the entire visit. I would reccomend this office and dentist 10 out of 10 times.

have to wait long even with no customers around. And if you are late they are very rude. Only do one thing at a time when it comes to working on the teeth only do one thing at a time so you have to come more often. Do not recommend this place!

Office was clean, assistants were polite and helpful and dentist was thorough. He explained everything very well - would use this dentist again.
