Our preventive measures ensure the continued satisfactory health of your gums and teeth. Well also take special care of existing dental work and any implants or prostheses you may already have. In the process, we develop customized preventive concepts for your children.

Unfortunately, it saddens us to know that due to Medicaid reimbursement changes by Premier Access; our office will no longer be accepting patients over the age of seven with Premier Access. If your child is an established patient and there is an open treatment plan that needs to be completed, we will complete this treatment plan within 90 days of this change.
We do encourage you to continue with your childs dental health care needs. We can continue to treat your child as a self-pay patient. We have listed a dental provider below that accepts your childs Medicaid insurance. Additional providers may be found by contacting your insurance company.

My son has been coming here since he was two weeks old because he was born with a tooth. Every experience every visit is absolutely amazing. Down to regular visit to even additional anesthesia. Highly recommended hounds down if you want your kids to have a enjoyable and comfortable experience!!

The staff here were so awesome with my daughter. She was so scared when we got there and when we left she was so excited to tell her sister she missed out on the "no poke no pinch" dentist! I would recommend this dentist for any little kids. Especially the ones who are nervous.

I love South Ogden Pediatric Dental! We were referred here and I am so happy we were. My kids all enjoy coming to the dentist and watching a movie while they get their teeth cleaned or while they get cavities filled. The staff are all really nice and helpful. I appreciate that they give you a proposed treatment plan explaining how much cavities will cost so that when you come back you can be better prepared. Dr. Wade is really personable and my kids feel comfortable around him. He is really good at taking the time to make sure my kids are comfortable before he works on their cavities. I definitely recommend Dr. Wade and his staff.

Dr. Wade and his staff are great!! They get exams, x-rays, and work done in a calm, easygoing manner that has my 7 yr old granddaughter always asking when she "gets" to go back to the dentist.

Dr. Wade is such a gentle and calming man and his staff are patient and understanding of young kids. My three kids have been going to him for over 5 years and they have no fears or apprehension when it's time to go to the dentist. We've had regular cleanings, sealants and even teeth pulled and it has been a positive experience everytime. We've even moved and I still make the drive to see them.

Honestly I loved this place for my kids, the staff is really friendly. I had to switch because I kept getting rescheduled to get my kids seen, I was rescheduled 3 times! On the last reschedule, I seriously got all my kids ready and was ready to head out to only receive a call to reschedule again. I moved my plans so many times and cleared my schedule to only have it canceled. I have a life and my kids need to get seen for a procedure and it kept getting postponed. Needless to say, I had enough. I couldn't keep doing this, rescheduling then getting canceled, who knows, maybe the 4th appointment would have been canceled too.

We love Dr. Wade! He truly cares about my kids and my kids care about him. I know he has been gone here and there due to some personal health issues, but he is worth the wait. We will always support Dr. Wade and his friendly staff! We love it there!

I have been taking my 4 kids to South Ogden Pediatric Dental with Dr. Rallison for years now. Amazing and friendly staff, Dr. Rallison is so calm and gentle and caring; he takes an interest in each of my kids. He explains things very well, any additional treatments like fillings is always done gently and efficiently. My kids love going to his office and ask every few months when they get to go again! He also communicates well with our orthodontist. Best dentist ever!

My children have been patients of Dr Rallison for over 18 years. He and his staff are very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They treat us with respect and are excited to see us every 6 months.
