An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Zero stars, if possible! So where do I begin, this visit was like an episode of the twilight zone! I literally was shook leaving this office and am still completely in shock with how I was treated! Let me first start by saying I've been going to this office for over 4 years. I go every 4 months for cleanings and do one deep cleaning a year, it had always gone fine especially in the early days. I've noticed a ton of turnover the last two years and always have gotten a different dentist but I'm go with the flow, a couple things happened in past visits where I wondered if I should switch but chalked it up to a bad day. Today I realized I can NEVER GO BACK!!! My dentist was POJA MOODY and she was beyond rude she came in the room super aggressive with attitude and pointed out the stains on my teeth with a very flippant attitude, nothing nice about her if you even get a little anxious about the dentist.. BEWARE she will make you feel worse. Then the hygienist came in her name is Ilmira, she didn't say a word as she worked on my teeth for 30 mins literally nothing, handed me glasses and no pleasantries, not even open, close etc. it was SO AWKWARD!! The whole vibe of the dental office was off. Even the office manager CAROLINE was full of attitude and rude. NO ONE should ever be treated the way I was today. I promise you if you have ANY other option of a different dentist, choose them! The whole experience was so unprofessional, unsettling, rude, inappropriate, almost like a bully type mentality between the all women team I encountered today. The X-ray tech was fine and like I said I've gone for years and the men in the office are nice. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Shame on this dental office!

I've been coming here for 10+ years and always had good experiences with the doctors and staff. The most time I typically spend at an office is with the hygienist and Ilmira is amazing! Very thorough cleaning and has the best "small talk". Thanks to Doctors Irwin and Bocash and Caroline and the front office crew: great team!

Front desk girl Andrea will pull as much money out of you as possible. They quoted me over $4,000.00 dollars for a bridge and root canal. I got another dentist quoted for $1800.00 really this place is a horrendous!!!

I trusted them because they were in-network. Then, they stole my money. They sold me something that isn't covered by Medicare and didn't tell me that it wouldn't be covered. They let me find out the hard way. They never gave me the Medicare approved quote. They say they did but what they gave me was the quote that I accepted, and then one that is even higher than what I was paying for people who don't pay for it all up front. They lie. And, after they got full payment from me, they accepted two payments from Humana and only sent me part of one of them. They still owe me $642.50 and my appeals at Humana are in my favor but no one can get me my money back. They are going to enjoy what happens next. Trust me. They are going to wish they had just sent me my money back.

DO NOT GO HERE! The dentist my spouse and I saw was very quick to recommend expensive "treatment," which, after two later opinions from other providers, may have been unnecessary and, at least in part, unwise--and in my case, did nothing to resolve the significant pain for which I actually sought treatment. Further, at least in my case, the dentist failed to present any alternative options, so I could not make an informed decision regarding his recommendation. My impression is that his treatment model was based on money, not care; and that he immediately raced to the most profitable course of action, regardless of whether it truly helped his patient. I strongly recommend that you seek treatment elsewhere.

DON'T go here! I went in December 16th 2020 and have gone back a total of 5 times to "fix" what they created. I've never suffered so much pain after a fill and the dentist here DO NOT CARE! Receptionist Andrea hanged up on me after I called for a refund and asked for the dentist license. I payed 1000 for them to just mess up my teeth. I wish I had seen the reviews because now I know I am not the only one going through this pain. Please DONT WASTE YOUR TIME nor MONEY. Dentist who did my fills are Alexander Erwin and Gregory Bocash.

Don't bothered with this office. I went in for a dental plus orthodontist evaluation and they charged my insurance over $600 (no cleaning). When their website states $59 for X-rays, cleaning and exam. I was lied to about a gum disease and they wanted to charge me $400 for each session of deep cleaning. Just recently went to different dental office (BRIGHT NOW) and was only charged $315 for both sessions of deep cleaning and a filling. Go to BRIGHT NOW instead, best dentist in Oceanside.

I have been going there for over twenty years. The staff changes a lot. I have had thousands of dollars worth of work done. Two weeks ago I showed up for a root canal and a crown. They overcharged me $830. They won't call me back. So I have filed a grievance. Delta Dental has called them and still Ashley who is the one who lied to me will not help to fix the problem. Don't spend your hard earned money here. I hate being lied to or paying for an upgrade I never asked for or wanted. Buyer Beware.

By far one of the most unpleasant dental visits of my life. I was there for 4 hours. (Okay, I had 4 cavities and a cleaning that needed done, so I knew it would be awhile.) But the doctor left several times (MIDFILLING!!) to go work on other patients while I just laid in the chair waiting for her to come back. She said that she was "giving me a break." I did not ask for one. I did not come to the dentist for an all-day activity. Who doesn't want to just get their cavity filling over with? Don't use "giving me a break" as an excuse because YOU overbooked. Not cool. When the hygienist came in to clean my teeth after the fillings were over and I had been numbed 3 times on the same side of the face, the first thing she said was "You look like you have Bell's Palsy." Well gee, thanks. Just got my face paralyzed, and now what I want to do is listen to some rando criticize it. I had to ask the dentist at least 10 times to fix the same filling she had just done because I couldn't close my mouth all the way. She didn't fit the tooth right at all. I'm glad I said something, because it is better now and she did do her best to fix it. But overall, no one working here seemed to know what they were doing. Don't waste your time here- find a better dental office with more experienced and kinder employees. And one that won't leave you several times in the middle of 4 cavity fillings. (We pay a lot to go to them...they need to start giving the care we pay so much for!)
