Becky- Becky joined our team in 2009. She has been a Licensed Dental Assistant for 38 years. Becky worked as a Dental Assistant before becoming a member of our Business Team. Becky primarily works as our Insurance Coordinator but is able to help out in all areas of our practice. Becky's favorite part of her job is working with our awesome patients and phenomenal Dentists and Staff.

Jill- Jill joined our team in the Spring of 2014. She brought a wealth of knowledge from the Medical Industry. Jill greets and checks out patients, treatment plans and helps our patients better understand how their insurance works and what different treatment costs may end up being. Jill works hard to help make our patient dental experience become as hassle free as possible and always has a warm smile and friendly greeting.

Tara- Tara has been with our office since March of 2020 after taking a break from the Dental World in order to spend more time with her children. Tara started her dental career as a Dental Assistant, then moved to the Business side of a Dental Practice a few years later. Tara started in the Dental Industry in 1994.

Tara has two sons and two step sons. All four have been raised in the Cambridge area attending CIHS. You can often find Tara on the side of a soccer field watching her boys play, and she herself played and coached for 35 years.

Amy, LDA - Amy is one of our Awesome Dental Assistants here at South Main Dental. Cambridge-Isanti is her home town and she graduated from Cambridge High in 2006. Amy has been a Dental Assistant for over 10 years. One of Amy's favorite parts about being a Dental Assistant is being able to create a fun, relaxing dental experience for our patients.

Bev, LDA - Bev graduated at the top of her class from Herzing University almost 17 years ago and has been with us ever since. Her favorite part of her job is visiting with our patients and getting little kids, and some adults, to lose their fear of coming to the Dentist. Bev loves to utilize her expanded functions training, such as placing permanent restorations.

Bev grew up on the Canadian border and attended a small, country school where she graduated in a class of 11. She attended art school right after high school and was lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom for several years until she wanted to become a Dental Assistant. Bev lives in Isanti with her husband, children, and Wiener dog. In her free time, Bev loves being with family and friends. Boating, camping and playing games have become her favorite things to do.

Rachel, LDA - Rachel grew up and graduated from Cambridge-Isanti High School. She graduated from Herzing University in 2012. Rachel enjoys making patients feel comfortable here at South Main Dental, and loves to help our patients feel like they want to come back and see us again.

Tammy, LDA - Tammy has been a Dental Assistant for 26 years. She has been with Dr. Pierson and Dr. Crook for the past 18 years from the time our Practice first opened in Cambridge. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with our patients and providing great care to them every time they are seated in a chair.

Tammy has been a life-long resident of Cambridge. Her and her husband have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. They have a dog named Charlie and love spending time with family. Tammy is also an avid runner and curler at the Cambridge Curling Club.

Dawn, LDH - Dawn and Dr. Pierson have worked together since 2003. Dawn began her career over 30 years ago. Her passion for dentistry inspired her to further her education by becoming a Licensed Dental Hygienist. Dawn enjoys educating and encouraging patients through their Dental journey. She loves getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships.

Kris, LDH - Kris graduated in 2002 from Normandale College. She continues to update her education every year to stay current with the latest trends and technologies. Kris started working at South Main Dental in the summer of 2006. She is very dedicated about getting to know our patients and helping them to take the best care of their Oral Health.

Nancy, LDH - Nancy's home town is right here in Cambridge where she graduated from Cambridge High School. Nancy started out as a Dental Assistant before continuing her education in Dental Hygiene. She offers a wealth of knowledge to our patients. Her passion is helping our patients achieve optimal Oral Health, and enjoys helping make people feel comfortable while building lasting relationships.

Toni, LDH/LDA - Toni startedher dental career in2011 as adental assistant, she furtheredher education to become a dentalhygienist and also obtainedher bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Having abackground in bothroles helpsher address bothrestorative and oral health needs for herpatients.
