Dr. Olguin completed his dental training at the University of Michigan. Following dental school, Dr. Olguin completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Illinois/University of Chicago Hospitals and periodontics residency at the University of Michigan. In addition to receiving a certificate in Periodontics, he earned his Masters of Science in Oral Health Sciences during his residency. To stay abreast the latest innovations, technologies and techniques in periodontics, oral and implant surgery, Dr. Olguin continuously attends advanced education courses, symposiums and various dental specialty conferences. Dr Olguin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and former Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Midwest Society of Periodontology, and the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. He holds licenses in the States of Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

Dr. Jamal Flowers, an endodontist, who recently practiced in New York, is currently practicing in downtown Chicago. Born in Michigan, Dr. Flowers was raised in Indiana, where his interest in dentistry began as a middle school student. His educational experiences have traversed a wide variety of geographical regions. Completing his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College, earning a bachelor of arts in psychology; Dr. Flowers continued his educational studies at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. While attending dental school, he became involved in student leadership roles along with dental research and various community services endeavors. After dental school, he completed a one-year general practice residency at Harlem Hospital in New York City to expand his knowledge in the dental field. While attending his residency, Dr. Flowers successfully completed training in Emergency Medicine, Oral Surgery, Plastic surgery, Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine as well as General Hospital Based Dentistry. After completing his residency, Dr. Flowers continued his studies at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, obtaining a certificate in endodontics. Dr. Flowers is truly excited to continue his career in Chicago, and looks forward to providing quality patient care.
Dr. Ashutosh Kaushik comes from Delhi, India and earned his Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the Government Dental College, India. After completing his dental school in India, Dr. Kaushik moved to Chicago and continued his studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where he earned is Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While attending UIC, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. After dental school, he completed a one-year general practice residency program at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He worked as a general dentist in Chicago for a year and returned to UIC to earn his Certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Kaushik moved to Chicago for dental school and fell in love with the city. He met his wife in Chicago, which is why it holds a special place in his heart. Both he and his wife love travelling and are food enthusiasts. They enjoy the various cuisines the city has to offer. In his spare time he also enjoys volleyball, swimming, watching movies and has recently started a new hobby in photography.
Dr. Graves is an international lecturer and a published author of numerous research papers in the field of Periodontics and Dental Implantology. Dr. Graves completed her Periodontics residency program at the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, where she received her Certificate in Periodontics and Master of Science in Oral Biology degree. During her training, she was a recipient of the Bettye M. Whiteaker Scholarship. Dr. Graves completed her Doctor in Dental Surgery degree (DDS) and a Master in Periodontics degree in Peru. She is licensed to practice dentistry in Illinois and Texas, and also holds a Periodontics Specialist license in Illinois.
