Staff is kind. Very thorough. I really like Dr Haile. Good Christian man. They're very good with my daughter who has anxiety in the dentist chair. I definitely recommend!

The staff was so sweet and kind! They helped me feel at ease and always asked if I was ok even though I was just getting a cleaning. Setting up appointments was easy as well with such a welcoming atmosphere!

An Absolute Hidden Gem! This establishment has been scenery to me for YEARS! After moving into the Nazareth area of Lexington we decided on another dentistry in the White Knoll area... and then another... and then another (on Sunset Blvd). Well, I thought seeking care OUTSIDE of the military would be beneficial - its been like pulling teeth to find a consistently good dentist of great quality, until Aetna suggested this office. I feel ashamed not reaching out to find this dentistry sooner. Absolutely Amazing! They truly epitomize what professionalism and TEAM WORK are. Thank you, TEAM - Thank you, Dr. Hail! WARNING: Only use this office if you are serious about oral health and maintenance.

This dental practice is extremely professional and this was the easiest experience I've ever had!! As someone who suffers from anxiety about the dentist I was so pleasantly surprised!! I highly recommend!!!

Best dentist office I have ever been to, from the front office staff to the dentist top notch dentist office. Dr Haile is the kindest dentist have ever had the pleasure of meeting, so soft spoken, explained everything so well he takes all fear away. The X-ray tech was amazing another so gentle sole, explained the treatment plan in detail. I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist they treat you like family. The cost of the treatment plan at this dentist office is less then half of what my husband paid for his dental work at another dentist.

Dr. Haile is amazing, but working with this office has been a nightmare. My insurance paid out 100% after the PPO discount, and yet this office is billing me based on the bill total before the PPO discount. I've called and called and called. When I leave a message, no one calls me back. When I do get through to someone, I get a different bogus answer every time about why I'm being billed several hundred dollars (they're not in network... false... the insurance didn't cover the cleaning... also false...). I've been told that I should expect a call from the billing manager, and it never comes. And on top of this incorrect bill, they actually overcharged me at each visit and owe me a refund that I doubt I will ever receive without taking legal action. If the owner reads this review, my bill needs to be rectified immediately. UPDATE: After I posted this review, I received a call from their billing manager, who told me the same incorrect information about being out of network. I had to tell her on multiple calls that this was not accurate. She escalated it up to whoever is above her, and then I finally received a call saying that whoops, they were wrong, and that I should expect a refund check in the mail from out of state. I have not received this check yet (it's been about a month). Against my better judgment, I've been trying to make an appointment for the fillings I've been waiting to have done, but as per usual -- no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. I'm hoping Dr. Haile moves on to a practice that is better organized soon. UPDATE 2: Going on two months and no check.

South Lake Family Dental is a professional family practice. The staff are well versed in dental care and treats everyone with a white glove service. When I think of South Lake Family Dental I think of a caring friendly atmosphere with patience and safety provisions in our community. I just moved from New Jersey and hands down recommend this practice.

I went in for an tooth extraction and everyone was professional and made sure I was comfortable. Through the extraction they kept checking to see if I was ok which I appreciate.
