My first root canal ever is complete and I am admittedly NOT the best patient. Dr. David Cordero did a great job for me and put me at ease, updating me the entire time. They seem to be a busy office, so it did take me a bit to get an appointment, but I am very pleased to be done!

Great experience at the Sewell location! Everyone was friendly and helpful! I was having anxiety going in and nervous about the issue I was having but the doctor kept me informed and the hygienist was an absolute angel. I think she could sense my anxiety, so she listened to my concern and checked on me frequently throughout the procedure. She reassured me and made me relax as much as possible! I am very thankful for her kindness and patience!

I needed work on an old root canal that had grown bad. The excellent staff made the visit pleasant considering I was in tooth pain. Professional work as they thoroughly explained what the issue was with my tooth and the plan to deal with it. Thanks to everyone at South Jersey Endodontics.

My son had an appointment coming up on 2/28. I took the day off from work a month ago when the appointment was scheduled. Dr Caroll decided to cancel the appointment 6 days before the appointment and not even tell me because he decided he wasn't comfortable working on my sons tooth. Yes my son had a hard time the previous appointment but he was willing to give it another try and cooperate. Dr caroll even said he can come back one more time but if he didn't cooperate he can't come back. Which was fair. But the appointment was canceled without my knowledge and then immediately filled. Now I can't just schedule any day off I want. I need a months notice for a day off and also need to find coverage for me. It's a process and not very easy. Now I have the 28th off and I can't switch it back so I'm out of a days pay . I fought to get back my appointment after dr caroll agreed to take him and the lady at the front desk said make a new appointment or go somewhere else. She had a horrible attitude. I said ok so if I wait for another appointment the tooth will be even worse than it is now. She said "yes exactly!" Umm what??!! Exactly??!! Are you kidding me!? So rude and unprofessional. I asked if she can switch whoever they filled my appointment with and she refused. She wasn't willing to squeeze him back in at all. Now I'm out of a whole days pay at work for NOTHING and have to find somewhere else to take my son which can take another month or even 2 and have the cavity be even worse and harder to fix. I definitely would not recommend this place. Even with the first filling Dr caroll did for him, I wasn't happy with his attitude. He had zero patience and I didn't like the way he spoke to my son. Mind you I heard nothing but amazing things about this place and was willing to PAY OUT OF POCKET since they didn't take his insurance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have had 3 root canals and I have never had any problems. I went somewhere else for the last one and ended up going back to South Jersey endodontics. The dentist and the staff were great.

Best dental experience of my life!! My regular dentist was not able to complete my root canal. I was referred to this office to complete it. Dr Carroll was amazing! The hygienist was too! Office is clean and they are doing a great job with covid precautions. I told dr carrol I have an issue with getting numb and he was understanding and made sure i was numb before starting procedure. He found the issue right away and also made sure everything was filed down perfectly. Down side is they dont take my insurance, but no one really does..they are going to submit to my insurance for hopeful reimbursement.

I waited two months for an appointment at South Jersey Endodontics for complications to an old root canal... only to pay a $119 "consultation fee" and be told by Dr. RYU "Oh, there's nothing that I can do. It'll just keep getting worse." Unbelievable.

I needed immediate route canal work. I was able to get an appointment and in about two hours with precision dental work my issue was resolved. I would recommend this facility in a heartbeat.
