At South Hill Pediatric Dentistry, our mission is to provide the greater Spokane area with the delivery of comprehensive, accessible, coordinated oral health care in a nurturing, child-centered dental office. We pledge to treat all children with respect and compassion, creating positive dental experiences. We promise to provide an experience that will enable our patients to develop and maintain optimum oral health for a lifetime. We are excited to work side-by-side with our families, providing dental education, community service and lasting relationships.
In spring of 2021, we moved our nest to a brand new building with the goal of creating a state of the art child-centric office. Our new office is one way weve built on our pledge to provide the most advanced, comprehensive, accessible, and coordinated oral health care in a nurturing, child-centered dental office.
Our new play space offers children the chance to play with toys and check out dental tools. This gives kids the opportunity to interact with our staff and view our layout to familiarize themselves with the space and feel comfortable in it. We even have a lighthouse for children to explore!
The building features updated technology and tools to keep smiles healthy and everyone safe. Weve modernized our equipment, and our Solea laser tools help eliminate aerosols and are less invasive than traditional methods.
We love our community of parents and patients, and with our larger space, were able to accomodate more of you, and share more events, contests, and activities in the space. We encourage all families to participate!

The team at South Hill Pediatric Dentistry is amazing. They go the extra mile to make the visit smooth for my daughter who needs a little extra assistance. The office is amazing and the staff are even better. I would give more than 5-stars if I could!

I finally found a dental practice that provides exceptional care for my children. Every single doctor on staff is kind, knowledgeable, listens, and truly knows what it means to explain what they see and what they suggest and takes the time to really care for their patients. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and I couldn't suggest them more.

They are SO good with kids. From the reception desk to the technicians to the doctor, they all treated both kids and adults with respect. They work quickly to get them in an out of the chair to eliminate any anxiety for the kids. At the same time, they are thorough and caring in their practice. We have been to 4 dentists in the last year and they outshine them all! We will return happily to South Hill Pediatric dentistry and recommend it highly to everyone.

My kids want to go to the dentist! The dental assistants, hygienists and dentists are all patient, kind and respectful. I was amazed how the dentist and dental hygienists were able to persuade my VERY THREE, three-year-old to open up and allow their teeth to be cleaned and checked. Another child had a cavity, and instead of using a drill they had the option of using a laser to fix it which decreased the stress and discomfort of the experience. The staff strives to educate without shame providing a safe place to bring my kids without fearing admonishment. We are so grateful for South Hill Pediatric Dentistry.

had our first visit today and it went so smooth, especially with a one and a half year old! amazing staff - very friendly from the front of the office to the dentists and assistants in the back! The office was very open with tons of toys/books for him to keep occupied, and when it came time for the actual check up they were very quick, informative, and were so sweet to my little boy (:

The staff - from the receptionist, to the hygienists, to the dentists - are always kind, welcoming, timely and professional. Certainly a great experience to ensure our kids have a positive impression of going to the dentist from a young age. We feel that the level of care is excellent as well. The facility is clean, comfortable and enjoyable for children and their parents alike.

I would like to specifically say how wonderful Jaelyn has always been with all my kiddos. You can tell she loves her job and always tries to make them as comfortable as she possibly can despite being at the dentist. Yesterday my little guy had a little incident. (nothing bad) Jaelyn sat with us and talked to him and explained everything to me and made sure my little guy was all good before we left. I thank you, Jaelyn, and all the staff there!! You all are doing a great job!!

I was a little nervous for my sons first dentist appointment but from the moment the gentleman checked us in everyone was so kind and loving towards our little man the lady who walked us back took the time to make him laugh and make dinosaur sounds to help him feel comfortable he barely fussed while being seen and the dentist answered all my questions & concerns! We look forward to being back

HANDS down the NORSDTROM of dental offices!!! I want to hang out here just for the calming environment.... ya you heard me right.. calming at a PEDIATRIC DENTAL OFFICE! Wow, what an incredible experience! We're new to the area, and were referred here by a friend. We have four kids, and our oldest has always been nervous about going to the dentist. Not only was it simple to make an appointment that worked for our schedule, but we were all out at ease as soon as we walked in the door. The crew at the front desk are incredibly kind and welcoming! The waiting room is pristine, and incredibly relaxing. My kids loved the area with devices, toys, coloring pages, and activities to use while they waited. We didn't have to wait long to be seen. I was able to stay with my daughter the entire time during the appointment. All of the dental assistants we have had have been incredibly kind, patient, and so gentle!! The exam rooms were so beautiful, quiet, and the kiddos get to watch a movie or show while they have their teeth cleaned. After our appointment, my daughter reported that it was great and she's not nervous anymore. I am so grateful to have been referred here, and to have had such a great experience. I no longer have to dread taking my children to the dentist! Thank you, South Hill Pediatric Dentistry!!!

My two year old was seen today for her dental appointment and did great! The dental hygenist and Dr. Erin both treated us with respect and have a way working with young children in the dentist chair. My daughter was nervous at first and the staff at South Hill Pediatric Dentistry really new how to help her feel comfortable. I really liked that they welcomed me to hold her in my lap for the appointment because that was what she needed. Because of this compromise, she then allowed the full dental exam and cleaning to happen! It was a success. I appreciate the staff being realistic and compromising when needed. My oldest daughter was seen at the same time and had another great experience. The staff have helped motivate her to really take pride and ownership of her dental care with their positive reinforcement program. As parents with a busy schedule we really appreciate the office setting up same time "sister appointments" so my girls can be side be side for their dental experience. This helps with time and comfort. We love the team at South Hill Pediatric Dentistry because they go out of their way to make the whole family happy while doing excellent dental care.
