OMID Dental has been our family dental office for over 4 years. He is the best! Dr. Ardy is a very professional Dentist. He will not judge you nor sugarcoat the issues. He will sit with you and explain things and offer you solutions.He does not pressure you. His staff is also very professional. When you arrive you are always greeted with a smile. Carmen and Santiago are the best!! They all follow the latest COVID-19 protocols. I can honestly say that I have never waited for my appointment more than 10-15 minutes tops. I highly encourage you to call and set up an appointment to consult with Dr. Ardy.

Horrible customer service over the phone. One star, it's sad that I've to give this business that. All because the girl who answered the phone when I called and asked for an appointment date for a check up, she did ask me if have dental insurance , I said no, I do not, I will paying out of pocket, I told her that was retired and my medicaid probably won't cover what I need to get done. Then she asked for my Medicaid number, I told that I didn't have that handy, then she asked me for my social security number. I said I won't give you that info over the phone. Then I insisted on my appointment date during the week days, then she told me to hold for a second and she just hanged up the phone on me.

First time for me and my son to be seeing at Omid dental. All the staff is welcoming and Dr. Ardi was great and explaining everything step by step and what I needed to take care of ASAP, nothing like the previous dentist I went to that only wanted my money and kept pushing me sign off on procedures I did not need. My son was happy with his experience and Is looking forward to coming back again.

Even if you have Insurance they try and get something out of you. Some people don't have hundreds of dollars on the spot . I felt really uncomfortable, despite having my insurance agree to cover the procedure I needed, I was told I needed an additional medication for hundreds more. I did not need this medication, the dentist I go to now , did the same procedure without this "additional medication " The billing person, will asks you multiple times what you can "pay today" despite me saying all I have is what my insurance will cover. Needless to say, I found a new office , Bright Now Dental down the street, and I paid nothing out of pocket. Also, I heard the Dentist and his nurses talking about me , about how I "didn't want to pay" very unprofessional and hurtful. It's not that I didn't want to pay it's that I couldn't afford it at the moment. This was the worst experience I've ever had going to the Dentist.

I want to thank doctor Ardy and his staff for being so welcoming and making me feel so comfortable and well informed during my first visit. Doctor Ardy is kind caring honest and highly knowledgeable in his field. Not only did he walk me through all the steps of my treatment he went into a very detailed consultation and gave me different options for treatments. He is so honest and caring for his clients. It was a smooth visit from the beginning. Works are professional and have great care for their work. Dr. Ardy was straight forward and handled the problem that was needed. His assistant was very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to Dr. Arty because I heard he's one of the best dentist around. Starting off that he's genuinely there to help you. As soon as I walked into my appointment I was a nervous wreck . The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped calm my nerves. Santi was such a good assistant he helped me relax. Once Dr. Arty was ready for me, we started the ( what I thought would be a long painful process ) boy was I wrong.. it was quick and painless..even after I went home I felt no pain. I will continue to go with Dr. Arty from now on. Thank you Omid dental

I went here because of the great reviews it has but the experience was not good to me or my pocket. Paid $3k all so they can leave me with pain months later.. nothing was done correctly and they never fixed my dental issues. I will not recommend this place at all. Horrible work and nothing but lies were told to me each and every time I went. The short dr there is a very smooth talker with lots of promises and had these big specialists coming in to fix my problems but there was nothing special about them at all because they did NOTHING AT ALL THEY DIDN'T FIX NOTHING. Be aware of this place!!!
