This dentist was very unprofessional, they didn't even take X-rays which I thought was strange . Now that I go to buckhead dental center I've had to advice from experts that they handled it all wrong . They told me I had 7 cavities and could only get a deep cleaning . 4 years later a real dentist laughs and said I still didn't need deep cleaning . They attempt to peer pressure you into procedures that they can charge more for . Wouldn't recommend a dog here . They even caused mental health issues for me after that . My new dentist laughs and says I know you're happy your teeth aren't as bad as they made it seem

Excellent. I have been going to this practice since about 2007 and the service has been excellent from the front staff to Dr. Hill.

Very professional, and very patient as I always have anxiety at the dentist. Dr.Hill and her staff are very caring, kind, and gentle... thank you all for great service

This dental facility is clean and the employees are so friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in this line of work. I feel like family and I've only been twice so far. This will be my dental care home.

*Don't book here if you have young kids** Im not from Georgia and booked my first appointment as a new patient. Got there with my six year old son and was told her could be here. I thought the woman was saying he couldn't be in the back. I was ok he say in the lobby. She was like "No, he can't be in the building at all. What! I know its covid work have been to many appointments and have never been told a 6 year old can't be in the building. Noone ever told me that when I booked and when they called me to confirm. Than wanted to reschedule me. No ma'am. Ill definitely go somewhere else.

Dr.Hill and Staff are Friendly professional and painless!! I actually find my visits there relaxing the office itself is very pleasant!

I have a phobia with dentists ..Dr Melissa Hill and her staff are very professional and friendly.I had a couple of extractions as well as other treatments done .They took the time to explain each step of each procedure and treating me with Kid Gloves This has caused me to be less nervous and more relaxed during my visits I appreciate their care, concern, and their professionalism.. I don't have too many words for this place i took my child here not too long ago and i will just say just because you went to school for 4 to 8 years does not give you the audacity to speak to people like they don't know anything or they are not competent enough. Very unprofessional it seems if they are all over the place the phone is constantly ringing and the dentist is the icing on the cake i saw straight through her fake smiling in your face demeanor she is a crook surely she has better home training than that, but from what i saw she must lack that indefinitely. We will not be returning and I'm not a medicaid patient because i know how practices try to treat patients different based on insurances.
