Implants are also the best solution to maintaining a healthy jawbone. Some other tooth replacement options will eventually lead to a deterioration of the jawbone, but dental implants will keep it strong. If your jawbone is already deteriorated, you wouldnt normally be able to receive implants. But through bone grafting and our modern technology, Dr. Senft might be able to make it a reality.
Dr. Senft has extensive knowledge of implants and graduated from the Misch Implant Institute. He also has decades of experience with all necessary steps within the dental implant placement process, including tooth extraction and bone grafting.
Dental implants are essentially artificial tooth roots that are screwed into the jawbone. An abutment, or connector, is placed on top and it is capped off with a crown that matches the natural look, color, and shape of your missing tooth. CBCT 3D imaging and the nSequence Guided Implant Software are used to plan and assist with placing the implants.

Dr. Mitchel Senft graduated from the Washington University Dental School in 1982, before practicing dentistry in New Hampshire for 10 years. He then decided to make a move to Florida in 1993. He stayed in Fort. Lauderdale until 2009 before moving his practice to West Palm Beach.
After years of practice and schooling, Dr. Senft has a magnitude of experience, giving him the greatest knowledge and ability to handle your treatments and procedures. Along with being a graduate of the Washington University Dental School, Dr. Senft also graduated from the Misch Implant Institute. Using what he learned, he is skilled in placing and restoring implants and even rebuilding a patients jawbone if it has deteriorated too much for implants.
He completed his conscious sedation training after spending time at numerous medical centers and colleges, and now has an IV sedation permit from the state of Florida, which allows him to perform IV sedation.
Some of his other postgraduate training has come from Baylor College of Dentistry, Boston University, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, the Institute of Advanced Dental Studies, the Pankey Institute, the University of Miami School of Medicine, the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, and the University of Pittsburg.

If you are reading this review then you must be in search of an exceptional dental practice that you can trust. Well, look no further than Dr. Senft and his phenomenal staff. My tremendous fear of the dentist began 5 decades ago on my very first visit at 5 years old when a dentist held me down with his hand over my mouth and nose so I would stop crying out for my mom when I became frightened by all the tools and contraptions. This set me up for decades of stress, mistrust and fear, which didn't get any better after many more horrid dental encounters. When I broke a tooth and had to address the neglect that I had shown my teeth by not going to the dentist regularly. I was terrified when I found out I would need a dreaded root canal. But, it was the most amazing experience because of Dr. Senft and his staff. I chose to just have local anesthetic and even though it was a lengthy procedure it flew by pain free. Now I am free from the fear that had gripped me for 5 decades and I am excited to have healthy teeth going forward all because of Dr. Senft and his staff. :)

I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Senft!! I had to get a mayor procedure, he did an excellent job in my mouth he gave me back my smile, he really changed my life.. I'm very happy and grateful to him...I love everyone in his office, his wife is friendly and sweet!! Dr. Senft is the best dentist I've ever had in my life, he is skilled, funny and so kind, he really cares about his patients... I highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks dental work!!
