We are a full-service practice with services ranging from routine cleanings to advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry such as crowns and bridges, dental implants, root canal therapy, periodontal surgery and dentures.

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety!

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, its both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.

We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. You may be asked to stay inside your vehicle, if possible, until we are ready to take you directly into your room.

We have added new disinfecting and sanitizing equipment to our protocols: air purifiers with UVC light and HEPPA filters; UVC lights in air conditioning systems; intra and extra oral high suction systems to diminish aerosols; fogger with Hypochlorous Acid to disinfect the rooms between patients, among others.

Michelle DENTAL HYGIENIST Having worked in Dentistry since 2000, Michelle knew at a very young age that she wanted to work in the Dental Industry. Celebrating her tenth year with our practice, Michelle enjoys our patients as much as they love their visits with her. When outside the office, Michelle enjoys staying fit doing CrossFit five times a week. Recently, she has taken up Olympic lifting. She has two beautiful children that consume most of her time while not at work. Her son is in elementary school, and her daughter is in middle school.

Heidi PATIENT COORDINATOR I graduated from the Dental Career Institute in 2000 and have been with our practice since 2012, after moving to South Florida from Maine. I am happily married with one son and one daughter. In her spare time, they love to hike, bike and travel. Heidis' goal is to accommodate our patients with no exceptions.

She currently belongs to a Hygiene Study Club and attends dental seminars on a regular basis. She loves her work and it shows with the smiles she puts on her patients faces. When Shari is not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

With over 25 years of experience in General Dentistry and assisting with Oral Surgery and Periodontists, Kelly has been a part of the SFLD team since 2004. Originally from Michigan, Kelly is passionate about fitness and helping others feel their best.

Christine DENTAL HYGIENIST Born and raised in South Fl. Graduated from Miami Dade College with an A.S. degree in Dental Hygiene in 1986. She is very passionate about her work, with over 30 years of experience she takes the necessary steps to educate her patients about their oral health so that they can maintain their healthy beautiful smiles for a lifetime. When not working, she enjoys exercising, watching movies, skiing, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

She has managed two full time dental practices and has been able to coach multiple practices part time. Her twenty plus years of Practice Administrator experience has lead her to work in a fast upscale environment. She is passionate about her career and grateful for an amazing family that has supported her throughout the years.

My family has been visiting South Florida Laser Dentistry for 10 years. We always feel welcome here. Friendly staff and knowledgeable dentist. Unfortunately we are moving to North Florida. Surely, we will miss this place.

This is the worst dental office I have ever dealt with, avoid like the plague they are a dime a dozen in Broward. I went in for a regular cleaning and I asked specifically if everything was covered for that days appointment by my insurance. They stated yes and they do an insurance verification the day before. Weeks later I get a bill from them in the mail saying it's not covered. They are unwilling to contact my insurance company for the "verification" they claim to have done. They are under new staff and the previous name and reviews of the dentist is now retired (you shouldnt be allowed to keep someone elses rating and reviews when its a new entity/personnel/staff). Go elsewhere unless you want to wait on hold with your insurance company to figure out their mistakes and waste your time so you don't have unwanted bills going to your credit report.

I have been going to SFLD for over 8 years and love it. They are super clean. Customer service is top notch. The staff and dr are amazing. On top of all that my teeth are well taken care off.
