Frauds, I been asking for my records and keep getting the run around, they charged my insurance over $1000 for appointments i NEVER went too and Carlos had the audacity to ask me for over $2000 when I went to visit the one in midtown. They talk in Spanish and think nobody understands them. What people fail to realize everybody have no choice but to learn a different language so for you to talk about me in Spanish to your secretary like I didn't understand was very unprofessional Carlos. The dentist in charge of the one in homestead keeps cutting me off everytime I talk. Horrible customer service

They were very welcoming and friendly and went beyond any expectations I had. I went in for a routine cleaning and checkup (with my baby in tow) and they were understanding and so helpful in allowing me time to finish while caring for her.
