Union Family Dental Clinic was established in 2009 by the South County Health District. We are a non-profit organization devoted to caring for our communities needs. We believe that everyone should have affordable dental care. It is a proven fact that your dental health can effect your over all health. At the Union Family Dental Clinic, we recognize this fact, and weknow how hard it can be to add expenses to your budget.That's whywe offer our patients discounts and interest free payment plans to help our patients meet there dental care needs.
Board Meetings for the South County Health District are held the last Friday of every January, April, July, and October. We post the meeting day and time on the front door of the clinic, and on our Facebook page. Meetings are generally held in the Union Family Medical Clinic building. If the location changes we will notify the public by posting on the front door and Facebook.

Incredibly rude receptionist who has horrific social skills and made me feel like I was just in the way, scolding me when I had to reschedule. Like another reviewer stared, the only friendly one here was the hygienist who did xrays. Be warned that they do xrays first in one appointment, then make you come back for a second appointment for cleaning, often months later. In my case, they want me to come for a second appointment to have wisdom teeth removed, *then* come back weeks later for a third appointment for cleaning, which is a I wanted in the first place. Canceled my appointment and finding one of the many other options that are friendly and more welcoming in the valley. Avoid these folks.

This is the best, most gentle, Dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend choosing this as your Dentist Office!

So unwelcoming, staff & front desk are very rude and treat you like you're just a paycheck to them. Because I didn't have time for an x-ray and just wanted a cleaning they sent me a letter saying "because you did not comply we are dismissing you as a client." Jokes on them I was never going to go back anyways!! Hagadorn is by far the best dentist and he treats you like a human plus knows what he's doing .

Dentist is incredibly rude and blunt and doesn't seem to listen to patient concerns. Receptionist doesn't seem much better. Dental assistant seems the only one that cares. I tried scheduling a month out for the final part of my three-part procedure, knowing I would be moving out of state, and they wouldn't schedule me at the time, now there is no way to even get in for the procedure I tried scheduling before I move out of state and I'm in limbo with half my procedure done and no dentist wants to complete partial work of another dentist. If you live in Union, this may seem like a convenient option, but I would strongly advise you look for someone else.

so the receptionist is very rude if you are looking tor a quick fix of a tooth ve prepared to wait over a month the rest of the staff is awesome doctor is very nice

Receptionist/billing gal is rude! Make sure your address is updated with them too because clearly she doesn't update it in the system when you've filled out yearly paperwork and sends things to years old addresses. Loved the doctors but will be switching dentists now because of her.
