Overall I have been happy with the cleaning and regular check ups at SBDA. More recently, I have seen a lack of attention to detail and poor service when it came to creating an overnight mouthguard and replacing retainers that my dog had chewed. After scanning my mouth team forgot entirely to create the retainers and then offered an inferior product due to them not making the correct scan for the better product that I requested. It has been frustrating and time wasting to say the least.

Always a good experience at South Boston Dental. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They make sure you do not wait in the waiting room longer than a minute or 2. They are extremely professional and fabulous at their craft!

Dr. Barber and his assistants at South Boston Dental are by far the best dental group I have ever had work done with. I had recent problem, they pulled me in immediately, diagnosed and helped correct the problem.
