Great experience with Dr Arora and his staff. Got me in the same day for an emergency visit and within a week got my surgery done. Very welcoming and made my first time experience at a oral surgeon pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I had an extremely pleasant experience for the procedure i was not looking forward to. The oral surgeon was very attentive, compassionate and did a great job in extracting my teeth. The staff that works there are just as great. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive as well. I would definitely recommend this facility. -Maryann C.

I had a really good experience here! I was frightened that I would die (im very paranoid) but everything went smoothly. everyone looking to get their wisdom teeth out, it's better to get them all done with. the pain is something serious for the first few days :) okay that's all <3

Definitely a great experience, took me nearly a year to return to extract 3 wisdom teeth and they made my whole experience enjoyable and easy! Highly recommend

The doctor and staff at the office were super friendly and cooperative through out everything. While it initially took a while to hear back to schedule my tooth extraction, once they found dates available they worked with me to find the best time possible and were very flexible around my busy schedule. Great office and would recommend.

Experience was really good. I went in for 4 wisdom teeth extraction and the staff and doctor at South Bergen oral were extremely professional. Many thanks to Yadi for helping me work around my busy schedule. Definitely recommend.

Please check with your insurance before having any procedures done. I recently came here with my father to remove a growth on the inside of his cheek. The staff assured us that the doctor is in network with our insurance. I asked if they were with medical and dental and they stated yes. Then when it came time to do the procedure they stated that the insurance will not cover any of it and we needed pay the full $1.5K cost out of pocket. I once again asked if perhaps the procedure would be covered at another facility. The doctor said it would not. This seemed a bit odd for me but we decided to go through with the procedure as we are going away on vacation in just a few days and since the growth was painful my dad wanted to have it removed before we go. The next day, shortly before our trip, I called the dental insurance and they said that this procedure is covered through medical. So I called the medical and they said that they do cover this procedure as long as its in network and to send the bill over to them. I called the doctor asking for an itemized bill with the doctor's federal tax number and all the other required things. They are now saying that they are in fact not in network with the medical insurance and that they have told me so which is false. They also say that not many doctors are which is false as I asked the insurance and they said there are several in our area who take the insurance and can do the procedure. They also refused to provide us with an itemized bill that has all the information the insurance requires like the doctors federal tax id. The insurance says to file a claim despite it likely being denied as the doctor is out of network. Would be nice to do if the doctor actually provided all the necessary information to do so. So to sum up the facility is not clear about which insurance they are in network with and will outright lie about whether or not a procedure is covered under your plan refusing to provide an itemized bill on top of that. While the procedure was done well and my dad doesn't seem to be having any problems, their shady buisness practices are something to be wary of. Always check with your insurance both dental and medical before paying for anything especially a costly procedure like this!!!

Dr Arora, I knew from day one my brother would be fine under your care when we came to your office. I gave this office 5 Stars because everyone in the office is polite. Also Yadi made sure all paperwork was completed before surgery. I recommend anyone to come see Dr Arora for all dental needs.

Amazing experience! My daughter Lucianna needed lots of work done on her mouth and I was more then great full and pleased with the staff and surgeon. The staff and surgeon made me feel very comfortable and assured me everything would be great and it was. Everyone was very nice and understanding I'm happy I chose to come here! Thank you for all you have done greatly appreciated!!!!

Highly recommend!!! Staff was super friendly & welcoming. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and Dr.Arora did an amazing job! Before my surgery the staff, especially Yadi, made sure to call me and keep me posted on anything that was going on and made sure I had everything I needed done prior to the surgery date. Great staff and amazing doctor!

Honest Review! Patient BEWARE OF SHADY PRACTICES I didn't make it into being "a patient" as they have VERY SHADY practices. First of all I was referred here to get my wisdom teeth removed, the receptionist offered me plenty of dates and I decided to go for the dates I already scheduled off for work in order to get the surgery. Upon telling her my insurance she said I would have to pay ALL costs of a surgery out of pocket and then bill my insurance or come earlier so they can submit the bill prior to the surgery. I was okay with that option as I would just have to come for a consultation earlier and then it would be covered, so when I told her I would like to go with that option as I would prefer my insurance paying for it. THEN SHE SUDDENLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY AVAILABILITY until the week I already told her I already had off for my surgery and since I wanted to do it then, I would have to pay out of pocket. I will be reporting them to my insurance and people need to be careful with places like this.
