Extremely friendly staff, the doctors have a great sense of humor and everyone makes you feel very comfortable while you're there. I am thankful I found this wonderful dentist group. It all started out when I first moved to South Bend and I needed to find a dentist to help me with a cracked tooth; they got me in within a day to assess me and help me get a crown ASAP.

Although I'm my teeth don't look like they did when I came, I not satisfied at all with the work. I been have pain and discomfort since I left. I called to be seen and was told In had to wait until the 17th and Ingot this done on the 3rd of this month. Normally everything is always good and I'm happy with through service, but the filling behind the right front tooth (my right) in still irritating my gums, the fill feels odd, it doesn't feel completely polish, and I was left with a gap by the right tooth that I didn't have before (very disappointed). I have to take 600mg IB Proven 2-3 times a day, the right tooth filling is longer then the left one tooth which causes my teeth to grind no natter how careful I chew, and it has caused damage to the tooth below the right tooth (my right) at no fault not my own. Hopefully by the time my appointment comes, some (I know not all) issues I'm having will get better

Wait time long but services were better than expected. Hygienist was from Breman office and not familiar to the south bend set up had a little trouble finding things maybe a half hour office orientation is warranted

I have always had a good experience, the hygienists are very professional always been happy with cleaning my teeth and are honest with what I need to do. Think I've been coming there for about 3 years or more had cavities filled a crown or two coming back in July, I like Dr. Mai. I am biased in my opinion because I think the best dentist come from Indiana University! My late brother-in-law was a dentist from IU.
