Good service delivered on time as usual. One suggestion: I am required to take an antibiotic prior to appointments. I have forgotten to do so in the past and had to reschedule. Dr. Roberts sends numerous reminders of upcoming appointments via email and text. It would be very helpful if those appointment reminders included reminders to take the antibiotic.

I've been a long time customer and overall I've been happy with this place before. After today their fees have increased so much that I spent 320.00 on a normal cleaning and bitewing x-rays. That is an insane cost for basic dental work and I'll be finding a new dentist.

All staff was very polite, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process from new patient paperwork to actual appointment, and felt they matched my concern in getting me feeling better and addressing issues.

The Ladies in the office were very helpful. Dr Roberts was friendly and informative. The Dental hygienist's are all very friendly.

Women are just more detailed oriented. Been with Dr. Roberts for 10 years and I have been well taken care of. I always look forward to my be-annual appointments. Very patience with my late payments

Everything went OK including the treatment, the charges and the exam. The only thing It should be time was too long for hour and half for cleaning. Thank you anyway

I had the best dentist experience that I've ever had in 30+ years. Huge plus is the customer service, convenience of notifications of appointments and the online patient registration form. Every person I encountered was warm, friendly, professional and accommodating, the last of which I appreciate the most since I have work that needs to be done in a short timeframe. I enjoyed chatting with Katie the hygienist, who was not only thorough but gentle on my teeth and gums. Dr. Roberts was equally amazing, listened deeply and I didn't feel rushed at all like many dentists I've encountered make me feel. Katie and Dr. Roberts answered all questions I had and I felt well educated about my dental needs. Jen was also straightforward with the dental plan and provided quick, accurate information with a friendly disposition and a smile. I can't say enough good things about my visit and I'm happy to go back for all my dental needs. Last but not least, the place is immaculate and the staff followed good hygienic practices.
