I am a dental artist who relies on various cutting-edge procedures and techniques to enhance the health, beauty and function of smiles. My expertise in dentistry covers a vast number of dental procedures which includes, wisdom tooth removal, sedation dentistry, dental implant placement and restoration, crowns, bridges, dentures, etc. This is a huge advantage for patients to be able to receive all their dental needs under one roof.
To improve our patients lives, I have committed myself to staying on the cutting edge in the field of dentistry. This originated with my education that I received at Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry in Cleveland, OH, and continues as I am constantly attending training from some of the top names in the dental industry.
I consider myself very lucky to have the ability to work in this field. It allows me to satisfy my passions of working with my hands and interaction with great people. Providing quality dentistry is what I strive to provide but just as important is the overall dental experience. We live by our motto, Come as a patient, leave as family.
On a personal note, I am from the hot arid desert of Arizona where I grew up in the town of Mesa. From the years of 1999-2001, I served a mission for my church in the country of Brazil, where I learned the Portuguese language and worked together with the great Brazilian people.
Following the mission and the completion of my education, my family, which consists of my wife Kendra and three great kids Anna, Rex, and Colton took a sharp turn North to Alaska where we have been since 2009.
Our Alaskan experience has been incredible and it is hard to imagine a more beautiful place. I love the outdoors and I spend most my time outside the office hunting, fishing, hiking and camping. I also love staying active by bicycling, working out and playing basketball.

Appreciate and so thankful for getting me in sooner. The girls in the front desk were very helpful, friendly. So my experience was amazing and even the girls at the checkout. The Doctor was quick and I didn't feel anything at all when he did an extraction this morning. Definitely recommend!!!

Absolute best dentistry in town. The staff from front to back is excellent, kind, and caring. My kids feel like they can ask questions and be apart of their own care. I drive from East anchorage to see them and it's worth it.

Wonderful place. The staff and Dr. Brock takes the best care of their patients. Dr. Brock takes his time making you feel at ease along with reducing patient anxiety. The dental clinic has up to date equipment and is streamlined to best meet individual patient needs. Dr. Brock's dental assistants rank among the best taking one-on-one time with the patient and family members. Called the emergency line for a tooth removal around 9pm and had to leave a message. The dentist called me back within 20 mintues and offered me an 8am appointment the next day. We do not have insurance, but we were still taken care of in a timely manner and treated with compassion. They took the best care of my husband that I could have asked, and wrote us a prescription to get him through the next few days. All dental work is expensive but service and care at South Anchorage Dental is top notch.
