The Airport Blvd location lacks compassion and service. I wish I would've invested elsewhere where they seems to appreciate their customers better. Every appointment feels rushed and uncaring. They NEVER answer the phone which is bad business!! I even saw when someone was getting their braces off and once it was taken off no PICTURES were taken as a accomplishment or congratulations or nothing! This office is horrible... go elsewhere if looking for a investment in your smile

South Alabama Orthodontics is the place to go for any dental needs. I have to admit I was extremely blown away by their bed side manner and being genuinely kind as if they were apart of your family. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Rick O'Neil needs more than 5 stars. I will use this office for all of my dental needs and will refer any patient/family/friend of mine to see Dr. Rick O'Neil and his staff without hesitation.

I Love the Drs and the staff at SAO!The new renovations look amazing! The GREASTEST Place for Braces! My daughter is in treatment and we LOVE IT!!
