I used to be so insecure about my smile and my teeth. SAO helped me gain back my confidence and I smile all the time now. I am so grateful for everything they have done. They treat their patients with kindness and respect. Truthfully some of the kindest people i've ever met.

I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Langley is very caring and found an issue that other Drs missed. He really wants to help his patients and that unfortunately is rare these days. ( I've been to many over the last few years ) The girls at the office are also very sweet and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Dr. Langley puts his patients above all else! He goes above and beyond to make sure every person feels comfortable with the treatment plan and is happy with the results. Dr. Langley's team was kind, reassuring and caring. I truly cannot recommend the team at South Alabama Orthodontics enough!

Shane Langley and his assistant and staff were so kind beyond words! They took the time to really discuss everything going on and left me speechless from how understanding and generous they were. Dr. Langley is such a wonderful person and I am so grateful I was referred to him. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

The quality of work is excellent and the Drs are very kind to the patients. However, they have very poor time management and are completely unapologetic when they make you wait 30 minutes to an hour for an appointment. My time is valuable as well and I think it should be respected. If I showed up 30 minutes late to every appointment then I would get fired as a patient.

I had surgery on my TMJ a year and a half ago that left my bite off. Dr. Langley and his incredible staff put my jaw back together and given me a smile that I love. Thank you so much! They blend medical knowledge and skill with aesthetics and are truly amazing.

Dr. Langley brought my quality of life back to a level I never thought I would have again. I I have severe TMJ and my jaw constantly popped and shifted in and out of place. I hadn't slept through the night in 3 years due to the discomfort my jaw gave me. Dr. Langley tried one thing after another until we found the solution that cured my particular case. His knowledge and experience regarding TMJ is amazing and I would highly recommend him. The staff at SAO is amazing and helpful as well. So glad I found them! Thanks again Dr. Langley, you are truly amazing at what you do!

Absolutely thrilled with this group. They provide customer centered service and deliver per the treatment plan. We have had nine kids in their office and never had any concerns. They are a pleasure to visit- parents appreciate the accommodating waiting room with coffee pods and cookies, and the children love getting their swag and the personal attention. The office staff is friendly and administratively skill with billing and appointments, and they are great about getting you in if an problem comes up. The technical staff is terrific with children, even our special needs child tolerates treatment with their insightful management and relationship with him. Add in the up to date training and knowledge of the orthodontists, and you have a great experience! You will be working with an orthodontist for a couple of years, and this is the team you will want for your child.
