Dr. O'neal and the staff are fantastic! We have two in my household getting work done with them and the experience has been great. They are patient, efficient and caring. I would recommend them to anyone!

Update: I came here 20ish years ago for braces. 4 years ago I came in for a repair, and today came in again to speak with the orthodontist about a new retainer. Would recommend this practice! They are friendly and professional.

I wish my Ortho would've been this amazing! The staff are wonderful, the facility is clean and up to date, and Dr. Langley was great with my 7 year old! It's not often you have a Dr ask the child if THEY have any questions but he did (twice!) and it was so great! You can tell they love what they do here, and I am so happy our dentist referred us here for Ortho care. I love that they are a Christian based and it's apparent in everything they do. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Even though Ortho care isn't at the top of everyone's "favorite thing to do" list, I am confident SOA will make it a pleasant experience for our family. So far, after just one visit, we are impressed!!!

My 11 year old daughter started seeing them 3 years ago for an expander; so, when the time came for braces I knew they were the place for her! They made her and me feel comfortable and acknowledged and eased any anxiety from us both! You can tell they care! As bad as my anxiety with dentist is I chose them for my adult braces as well! All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! I am almost 3 months into my braces journey , my daughter is 2 months in, and we have been overwhelming pleased with our results so far! I highly recommend SOA!

Well I've been going to South Alabama Orthodontics in Mobile for almost 2 years now, and I can't say enough about the practice! I love the girls in the back they know me by name, always greet me with a smile, and I always feel warm and welcome when I come there. As far as the Dr's, I know I'm getting the best treatment for me! I'm comfortable with Dr. Langley or Dr. Oneil, and they have my teeth looking good! TBH I actually enjoy wearing braces, and I look forward to having my braces tighten up every 6 weeks, and I like wearing my rubber bands weird huh?! lol! Anyways, you can't go wrong with choosing this group, they will have your smile looking good!

We have had both daughters in braces through SAO and could not be happier. The doctors and staff feel more like family or old friends. You can not find better, friendlier, more cost effective treatment anywhere else.

I have seen Dr. Langley twice now and just got my braces on last week. All of the staff members are friendly and personable and Dr. Langley is AMAZING. His mission statement is visible through his entire practice. Thank you South Alabama Orthodontics! I am so incredibly thankful to be on the road to better health with the guidance of Dr. Langley and his office.
