I almost never leave a review of places but had to do it for SFD. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning to look at an aching tooth and three hours later I'd been connected with an oral surgeon and a prescription for my pain. Everyone there was incredibly kind and willing to help me. Truly superlative service that goes above and beyond what I expect out of most doctors/medical pros. Can't recommend highly enough.

Every time we come in, everyone is so kind! They always talk to my daughter like they've know her for years. Our appointments are super quick and we never wait.

I was pretty nervous for this trip, it's been a hot minute since I've been to the dentist and grad school wrecked my hygienic habits. But for my first visit here, I was super relieved, I felt comfortable the entire time. Amy was amazing, she was respectful, joyful and kind as she helped me put together a plan of attack. The Doctor was patient with me and I felt confident in his assessment. Also got to chat with Ashley and Erica, both of whom were happy and helpful. I'm very excited to have found a neighborhood dentist I can trust!

My overall experience was smooth. Went to the location 3 times and I left happy every time. There employees were nice and helpful. Talisa who worked on me and cleaned my teeth did a great job, also had awesome conversations with her. She also blessed me with some teeth knowledge and it has been helpful since my visits. Thank you

Sadly this place isn't under my insurance. I wish it was! I had one visit here, and they immediately made me feel so welcome. The doctor was excellent. While he delivered bad news (I need a root canal and crown) he drew me a picture and explained in detail what each procedure was and why I needed it. I much appreciated their extra time and effort. If this place was under my insurance I would go.

When my partner discovered this place and came back raving about her experience, I was skeptical that we could have such a great dentistry team right in our back yard. When I finally signed up to move my dentistry needs to their team, they made it the easiest most pleasant experience I've ever had with a practice. Their team is friendly, clear, efficient, and very tech savvy. I signed up on their ASAP list and received a text message a few hours later saying that there was a slot open day off! My hygienist, Talisa, was very professional and attentive to my questions and concerns. The doctor asked me about any concerns I had first and quickly got to the root of some of the discomfort I was feeling. They scheduled me at my earliest convenient time and I am excited to go back! Overall, I felt that I was treated as a human being and not just another patient from the very first interaction. Their practice is easy to reach and communicate with and everyone is very professional. 6 stars for a reason.

I love the staff TaLisa, Lauryn, Erika are amazing. The best dentist Dr Lentz ever he is extremely thorough, caring, and expert as his craft. He explained everything in great detail. The staff was outstanding.

There is a real reason why they call themselves a Family Dentistry, for they are exactly that. Not only is the dentist an expert at doing what you desire (and that includes promising me that I would never experience pain), but he has an amazing support staff. No matter where you reside .... west county, Belleville, far south or far north of the metro area, it is more than worth your drive to Soulard Family Dentistry. They are the absolute the best!!!!!

I had my first appointment at this office today, and I can say that is was certainly the most thorough examination and cleaning of my teeth that I have ever had. My Dental Hygienist was Telisha, and she was great! She explained everything she was doing and why, what she saw, and how I can improve in the future. She did all of that in a very kind/professional manner without making me feel bad. The doctor that spoke with me was also very kind and knowledgable. I'm glad to have found this place and would recommend it to anyone!

I absolutely love going to Soulard Family Dentistry. Being I have a horrible fear of dentists!!! The receptionist are so welcoming and nice. They call you by name when you come in the door. The dentist assistants are so nice each and EVERYTIME. The dentist always give me the best advice and always give a little extra when they didn't have to. I am so grateful to find a dentistry I feel super comfortable with, and always does a great job.

Anne was so knowledgeable, informative and kind. They really know what they're doing and you can tell patient health and satisfaction is their priority. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
