Born and raised in El Paso, TX. She is a graduate of Parkland High School. Dr. Abby completed her bachelors degree at The University of Texas at El Paso and then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation Dr. Abby went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Abby enjoys taking continuing education courses to stay updated in her field and attends many implant training seminars. She is currently working towards becoming board certified with the Academy of General Dentistry. Currently only 1 percent of general dentists hold this prestigious board certification.
is a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas Texas. Dr. Soto is a native of El Paso Texas and graduated from Parkland High School where he met his wife Dr. Abigail Soto. The military has always been a passion for Dr. Soto and he served 6 years in active service before starting college and dental school. Upon dental school graduation Dr. Soto enlisted in the Army Reserves and now serves as a Dental Officer where he provides dental care to our troops. Dr. Soto is passionate about helping people achieve oral health as well as attaining the smile of their dreams.

My experience at Soto Dental was amazing the entire staff from the front desk to my dental assistant Melanie (I think that was her name I'm sorry if I got that wrong) and Dr Soto were very professional and courteous. I have been getting my dental work done at clinic for over fifteen years. I started off with Dr Farrell then continued with the Dr Abigail Soto and Dr Obed Soto. They are wonderful people and their staff are special as well. They call my wife name and I by name and they are always very professional. I would not change anything about this practice. Thank you!

Being my first time visiting " SOTOS DENTAL". Loved It! My expierence with staff, Doctor, (ABIGAIL SOTO) I've never been so satisfied, and happy, I was treated, very PROFFESSIONAL by all them, with courtasy, respect, attentive, kindness, all so well explained. Doctor ( ABIGAIL SOTO) she's wonderfull, so kind, very patient, explained everything very proffessional. Throughout my visit with other " DENTIST" never in my years , visited a DENTIST". As good as " SOTO DENTAL PARTNERS" I fully, gladly recommend my expierence with them, to other people I know or get to know. I sincerely thank all them for being so WONDERFULL and there service.

I have been a patient of Dr Sotos for a few years now. Service has always been great and scheduling extremely easy. Especially since they have two locations. The west side office makes the drive from Las Cruces pretty easy. I recently came to Dr Soto with the want to have some cosmetic work done. It's been something I've wanted to do for a while but never felt comfortable with another dentist. He did a great job in explaining the process and gave me a great feeling that I would love the results. Took plenty of time to help make sure we chose the right color and shape for them, and I couldn't be happier with the results. While waiting for the permanent crown to come in I broke my temporary piece twice because I grind my teeth in my sleep. Both times they were able to get me in immediately the same day to get it fixed. He definitely went above and beyond on all aspects of the job and the staff is amazing as well. Even though there are plenty of dentists in Las Cruces, the drive to El Paso is well worth it for the level of service and skill provided. Will continue to use them for all of my future dental needs without a doubt.

I made an appt to get seen for my wisdom tooth. It was swollen and painful. They saw me fast and the Dr was very understanding. Although he wasn't able to work on my tooth he recommended me to an oral surgeon. The front desk Bri was so helpful. She called an made an appt for me, followed up with me and they even called me the day after to make sure I was helped. I really appreciate all they have done and hope to go back for my normal dental needs!!

Nice clean office, comfortable waiting area where you don't wait long, pleasant personnel, the dentists are friendly and well skilled. I have had many dentists throughout my lifetime, but the Soto's are keepers!
