I had a horrible dental emergency. They took my appointment and didn't even take my insurance. But nobody said anything they just took the appointment. When I arrived not only did they make an appointment they couldn't keep. But they didn't even take my proper phone number down so they could call me to cancel it. Their response was basically oh well... Not cool at all. The right thing to do when a business messes up is to eat the cost and handle the job. This isn't how you conduct business. It's called the cost of doing business. And some times in our mistakes we have to eat it. Not this place.

Dr. CASTILLO is the BEST Dentist in the WORLD!!! I hadn't seen a dentist for about 5 years, due to a lack of health insurance. So, when I picked this clinic from a given list, I was expecting the same old thing: pain, pain, and more pain. I mean, I had been singing this chant for most of my 65 years, and it had always been the same: "Expect the pain; expect the pain, expect the pain." One dentist went so far as to not only cause me pain, but to also cause my mouth to be frozen for more than TWO weeks. Well, since my first visit with Dr. Castillo, my new chant has been: "NO MORE PAIN; NO MORE PAIN; NO MORE PAIN". You see, Dr. Castillo is patient, easy to talk to, passionate about her craft, professional, and even artistic. Yes, artistic. She crafts fillings and other dental fixtures with art and passion to create beautiful and happy smiles. She communicates well with her patients, patiently walking them through every step of the procedures. She makes sure that you're doing okay and not in pain. She even provides protective glasses during the procedures, so nothing accidentally flies in the patient's eyes. Huh, who knew?!? I didn't. Obviously, Dr. Castillo is My superstar! Why don't you make her yours too?

My experience lead me to finding my dentist. Dr. Castillo & Soto along with staff front desk cleaning techs the best. I'm reminded of a time the office was pretty full the upbeat of patients talking laughing with staff, just adown to earth friendly atmosphere. The extensive work I had done not to exclude their expert advice, love these guys thanks so much!

I would like to begin by saying that this office has the most outstanding doctors and staff working that I have ever experienced. My mother and I are both patients there and their care and services have been nothing short of amazing. It's unfortunately rare to find a place that truly cares about their patients and their health and they've provided such incredible services and kindness. Not even just the doctors devotion to their jobs and fantastic treatment of their patients, but even their staff. The front desk worker, Natalie, has been the most helpful and caring woman. It takes a special person to provide the good amount of sympathy and assistance, and she has done that surpassing either of our expectations. Just an overall sweetheart and great woman who I can tell will go far. My mother has a difficult and long history with dental issues, and after seeing many doctors, we found S&C Dental. They provided her with such excellent work and attended to both her and I with incredible care. My mother hadn't smiled in many, many years. And after the services she was provided with, she smiled for the first time to me. Tearfully and with confidence, something I don't have any recollection ever seeing her have. I just want to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to the S&C family and staff. It's so much more than teeth; it's confidence, happiness.

This place is great!! The staff is very helpful and explains every concern you have !! I had two crowns on my two front teeth done and Dr. Castillo and Leydi took care of me! They had sent my crowns to a lab in order to have them professionally match my teeth color, they truly care about their work and about the patient. I 100% recommend this place for any dental procedure !!

I absolutely love this place: from the staff @ the front desk to Dr Castillo & her Assistant "Juan" : They are very professional & very clean establishment. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone that is in need of a dentist: I can finally smile again!

I am very happy to write this review. I am beyond thankful for dr.Soto and her team. Everyone is so amazing and wonderful from the first time I visited and every time I come in. I want to specially thank my doctor for being the best dentist I have ever been too. Thank you because of you I am able to smile and have a healthy smile. I recommend dr. Soto to anyone who is looking for a great dentist and most of all Someone who makes you feel like family of how welcome she makes you feel when you are in her chair. Thank you dr Soto

Love this place starting with the staff and when you get to the DR is even better, she know how to take care of people like me that had bad experiences in the past and are nervous going back to the dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone eyes close you will never regret.

Doctors are fine , but reception customer service could be much better. Not the first time I am making an appointment, and receptionist doesn't put it in the system. Again remained without appointment for which I've been waiting for a month .
