I went to them on August 18th in great pain and crying like a baby. The staff is fantastic and Dr Justin kirch and his assistant were wonderful, the hygienist was very caring and gentle with the shot. It is now the 21st 72 hours later and I feel great thank you. I have to also say thanks to the receptionist for putting up with my blubbering. You guys rock.

I was seen as a new patient in December. Hygienist was great. My visits with Dr. Kirch were awful. He was rude, rough, and my final crowns were very rough. I called multiple times and issue was never resolved. I did not appreciate the 2 dogs being kept at the front desk and thought front staff was extremely rude. I normally do not post poor reviews and try to resolve with office. Disappointing.

Always have a good time with the best dentists here in the valley. They are great at what they do and have excellent customer service skills. Kelly is a top notch hygienist. I would recommend requesting her she is very helpful and highly knowledgeable. I will only go here for any future dental work and/or cleanings.

Great people, great service, great prices. My wife and I have been coming here for the last 8 months for Dentures, cleanings and follow ups. Deana, Itsy, Amber and of course Justin are all great professionals and treat customers like family. Update 7/12/2022: Happy with Sossaman Dental as always, but today Kelley really made my experience pleasant. I have sensitive teeth and Kelley had a solution to use Fluoride before my cleaning. I didn't have any pain! Thanks Kelley! Much appreciated.

Don't try to call the emergency phone# because they do not call back, and they say if your need any adjustments just come on in, and when I went in, they told me I would have to make an appt, even though I couldn't wear my partial. Terrible service

Unprofessional office manager. Highly recommend doing intensive research regarding the safety and ethical standards being practiced in this office. Very unfortunate this type of practice has not been flagged in the past by the state and/or BBB.

Can't say I enjoy visiting the dentist, but Deanna, Dr Kirsch and everyone there are very friendly and professional. Having the puppy come lick my fingers to get some pets and comfort me during a procedure was a nice touch.

What a wonderful and professional place I have always been afraid of the dentist and when growing up never really got the opportunity to go to the dentist. They made me feel comfortable to finally get work done. They are all friendly Starting with DeAnna as soon as you walk in she greats you with a smile. Dr. Kirch goes over treatment with you until you understand and all your questions are answered. Highly recommended this place.

Recently moved to Mesa and found this dentist through my insurance portal. I was very nervous switching dentist after seeing the same one for 12 years, but the staff at sossaman is very welcoming. It has been a wonderful experience and I am glad to have a new dentist so close to home.

I've been to this clinic three times. The first time was during the coronavirus shut down. I came in as an emergency first time patient. Safety and comfort were first on their minds. Everyone is friendly and professional. This is a first rate place I would recommend to my friends. Amber went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. When the gal at the front desk found out I just purchased a motor home she actually wrote down places in Arizona I could camp at. Comfortable atmosphere that hard to find in this day and age.
