Never go to this Dentist, he is very unprofessional and rude. Ritesh is arrogant, worst and unprofessional. He just cares about money and tries to scare you to sign up with him for unwanted treatment. Ritesh has standard response by calling Fake because he cant take feedback or digest truth. He calls fake everyone who gives honest review. Such an loser

One of the worst experience ever. Worst dental services, bleeding and sensitivity didnt stop for almost month. Cancelled appointments twice even after complaining about pain. Very rude and highly recommend not to see him. DR. Ritesh is worst

I've been coming to Dr. Shah for a couple years now, and I hope I never have to go to another dentist again. It's one of those cases where I grew up hating the dentist, to the point where I would have large gaps between visits just due to the anxiety. My teeth have had a lot of cavities in the past, I get nervous easily, and my eyes are photosensitive to the dentist lights. Generally this led to terrible experiences with previous dentists. I don't want to give horror stories on other dentists though, but talk about all the great things Dr. Shah and the rest of the Sorrento Smiles team do. From reception, through routine X-rays and cleanings, until treatment plans and fillings, and all the way till you're walking away feeling fresh and healthy; you are guided through professionally every step of the way. It's a small and focused team, incredibly well ran and efficient. Small things like sunglasses to help my eyes really show their thought and care. Each treatment is laid out with the help of photos and Dr. Shah's very friendly and understandable explanation. I've never felt like I was being sold anything, and always felt like my dental health was the only priority. He also always makes time to check in personally, and I never feel rushed -- that doesn't mean your appointments go over though: I've always started and ended on time. If you're looking for a dentist that you'll want to stick with, definitely go to Sorrento Smiles.

A close friend of mine who is a nurse and super selective with all healthcare providers referred me to Dr. Shah. I'm very glad she did. From start to finish, it has been a pleasant experience: scheduling appointment, the lack of wait time during each visit, friendly and helpful staff to of course, the actual treatment. In addition to his great sense of humor, Dr. Shad was informative and patience. I appreciate his thorough explanation of the proposed treatment plan, and I'm happy with the outcome. I guess I'll see him again in 6 months.

I was referred to here by my wife Ginger Webber (see her review) begging me to come here for my concerns about a tooth my mine that was giving me trouble. I wanted to get this done before my week long hunting trip. Just to get this out in the open...I HATE dentist, mainly because of the bad experiences and the dishonestly that I have encountered...now on with this review. I finally agreed with my wife and made the hour and 15 minutes drive to San Diego. I am not one to write reviews, but the dentist, Dr. Shah is a God send, honestly he is more than I ever expected. Dr. Shah and his staff is highly detailed, professional, and a cut above any dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Shah was able to see me quickly ( no pain at all, he is very adamant of making sure you are comfortable and pain free) , was in and out and able to go on my hunting trip with no concerns. He is differently my dentist for all my future needs.

Dr Shah is a very professional dentist and I am satisfied with the treatment that was provided. I had some filling work done and it was seamless and very systematic. He came up with a plan that worked out great for me. The support staff was also very friendly. I would recommend Sorrento Smiles Dentistry to others.

Hands down the best dentist I ever went to. The office was clean and organized. The staff particularly Ann, who took my information was one of the friendliest people I ever met in San Diego. Dr. Shah himself was exceptional in his consultation and cleaning. He was patient with me, explaining in details about my condition and the preventive and treatment process for it. They also provide very affordable pricing. I highly recommend Sorrento Smiles to anyone who needs a dentist!
