I love sharing knowledge with my patients so they can make better decisions about their oral health. I love explaining to each person how they will develop better health and more enjoyment from life when their dental health is at its best. A healthy mouth means a healthy smile, too, and when a person knows their smile looks incredible, theyre happier. Every day I assist people in leading better lives; I truly love what I do!I focus on delivering individual care to each person. Every patient has unique goals and concerns; its my job to listen to them, and then partner with them to find the right solution.

Todays dental technology allows me to deliver the best results for my patients, with minimal discomfort. At the end of a procedure, when a patient thanks me for a painless visit with a heartfelt, beautiful smile, I cannot help but be grateful for having chosen to become a dentist. My goal for our offices is that we would have the highest patient satisfaction of any dentist in Pensacola.

Each year I take several continuing education courses. This keeps me current on developments in the field, and ensures Im able to provide patients with the highest level of care. With constant learning, Im able to offer my patients specific treatments that would otherwise be referred to another office.

I grew up in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach, the son of Joe and Betty Campus and brother of Joe Campus, IV. Now I live in Gulf Breeze with my wife Shelley, our three children, and a dog. Shelley has a Masters in Health Administration and is part of our Sorrento Dental Team. Jackson, our oldest, is a tremendous baseball player and student. Lily is our spunky, Broadway-seeking actress and singer. And Cecilia, whos just two, is a clone to Lily, so shes also reaching for the stars.

Had such a pleasant experience at Sorrento Dental Care today as a first time patient. Dr. Chau was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule to fix my dental work, and with a great attitude and smile! I rank them 5 stars!

Staff is always pleasant and not a long wait time. Let you know how much their procedures are before addressing it.

Very thorough exam by doctor after X-rays we're taken. They evaluate you before a cleaning is done, which I've never experienced. So I have to come back for the cleaning at a later date which is not ideal. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

The front office is a concern. I don't feel comfortable with their ability to calculate how much a patient owes on their account. For instance, today I was provided a statement of account that showed my portion due on the account was $849. Then the employee told me to schedule an appointment to begin work on a lower permanent bridge, I needed to pay $1,203. That did not agree with the statement she just gave me. I was given a plan when we started, but as the scope of work changes, the plan doesn't apparently you have to ask for an update. Payments apparently cannot be posted in the format of the plan. That is a serious system deficiency. I am very disappointed with the way they handle these functions.

The best tooth pulling experience! I had a broken tooth with the root exposed and was a major pain. I called at 10:00 this afternoon and they were able to work me in at 3:00 as a new patient. I was in and out within an hour and the staff and dentist was amazing I will be using this location for all my dental needs for now on thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience in such an uncomfortable time also want to know very reasonably priced for somebody with no insurance thanks again

Love my dental hygienist. Her name is Aimee. Hope I am spelling her name right. She is amazing! Takes her time to explain procedures and is very personable. Overall, a very friendly place from rhe time you walk into their establishment; til the time you walk out! Their dentists are awesome as well. The facility is very clean and are taking all precautions to aid in helping to keep from any germs, such as COVID from spreading. Update 10/5/2022 Yesterday I called Sorrento Dental with a dental emergency. Seems I had cracked my molar biting down on a popcorn kernel. . I was in moderate pain and they were able to fit me in dame day at 4 pm. Not only did they fit me in, but thr dentist and his assistant both stayed slightly after hours and got my tooth set up in a temporary crown. They were both very patient with me as well! I was a little anxious being that I'd never had anything like this done before. It took a lot of medicine to numb my mouth, but the dentist did a fantastic job taking his time and made sure that I was not feeling any pain. I just cannot say enough nice things about this facility! I totally recommend them! I want to say thank you to all of your staff! You all do a wonderful job from the front staff, to the dental assistant, the hygienist and the dentist himself! Well done I say.....well done!

I made an appointment at this dental office last week and had a very bad experience. I was a new patient and told by the office personnel that they would do the cleaning after the checkup. Usually the cleaning comes first but I was ok with this approach. However, when I arrived I was told the cleaning would be scheduled in two (2) months as they "lost their hygienist". I should have been told up front about this...who has time to go back a second time? I left the office and will seek dental care elsewhere. I have no idea about the quality of dental care at this place but didn't appreciate being mislead about the services. I would never go there!

This office needs to get their scheduling together! I waited a full month as a new patient to get an appointment. The appointment was canceled shortly before I was scheduled to go in. They didn't have another opening until three months later so I rescheduled. After waiting three months, they sent a another text message that they needed to reschedule again! Seriously?!!? I decided to schedule a new appointment at Perdido Dental in the same shopping center. At least at Perdido, they don't require you wear a mask.

I don't have any respect for this place. Do not go. They're acting like it's 2020 as far as Covid goes. On the day of my appointment, it was absolutely pouring outside, and even flooding in some areas and there was tons of traffic, not to mention construction right in front of the dental office. I got to the area at 3:02, but couldn't find which office it was because there's one tiny sign. I called a couple minutes later and finally found it... and THEY REFUSED TO SEE ME. After being 4 MINUTES late, by the time I parked and ran in through the pouring rain.... I have proof of this because as I was parking and I had finally found them I called and told them I was here. They were rude and unprofessional and I'm glad that I know this about them before I gave them my business.... Four minutes. Ridiculous.
