This is a World Class Dentistry Office. I chipped and broke part of one of my Molar's yesterday. I called first thing this morning and they were able to squeeze me in within 2 hours. Jenn who I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and jumped through more than a few hoops to help me resolve some insurance questions as I'm I've only been in MN a little over a month and still in transition. Dr. Sorensen was incredibly personable, thorough and reviewed my options with how to best address my issue with my risk/benefit in mind while balancing cost as well. Will be returning for my annual check up and review soon while I'm here. Alicia at the front desk was also very kind and personable. Avery, the dental assistant intern, was more than competent to perform her role which tells me she's getting quality training there as she gets ready to be licensed as a DA.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sorenson Dental in Hugo, MN. They have amazing customer service, do a thorough job with cleaning and examination, and overall, are very friendly and professional. Alyssa at the front desk is courteous and accommodating when scheduling an appointment, Jessica is super kind and attentive during the cleaning process, and the doctor truly treats you as a neighbor, talking about teeth but also how you are doing in general. It seems like they truly CARE, which is a plus especially when addressing a sensitive part of my body: my teeth. Highly recommend their services!

Hands down the best place. I have a bad dental fear but the team was great. And for me people need to have tons of patience because I am a scary cat!. I had my 4 wisdom tooth out. Thank you a lot from the great experience!

Highly recommend Sorenson Dental for any person looking for dentist. Dr Sorenson is very professional and friendly. The staff and dental hygienist are all wonderful and made us feel welcomed as a family. They were able to include all my family members one after another so we didn't have split our family between different dental offices. Very pleased with the services provided by Sorenson Dental at the Hugo location.

Amazing! I called at 4pm (in serious pain) and Dr. Sorenson said he would stay late to see me. When it turned out I need a wisdom tooth pulled, the doctor and his staff stayed until 7pm to do the procedure and make sure I was comfortable. When no other dentist in the area was willing to make the extra effort, Dr. Sorenson and his team were. Thank you so much! My family and I have found our new dentist!

Very thorough and helpful. They did a cleaning and xrays my first visit! They were kind and efficient. The doctor was hysterical, which is kind of hard when you have your mouth open :)

The staff are friendly, Dr Sorenson does good, honest work and I was out of there so fast I couldn't believe it. I've been used to waiting aong time on the dentist to come check on things but he was really quick and the whole experience was very good.

Dr. Sorenson and his assistant Jen did an excellent job on my son's braces. The doctor went over the treatment plan prior to treatment, and the results were amazing. My son's smile is almost perfect after 4 months! Thank you, Sorenson Dental.

I just moved to Dr Sorensen clinic and had my regular cleaning. I always have issues having my x-rays done because I have a very small mouth but they have this digital and x-ray was were a breeze this time. She also used a water pressure type of tool for the cleaning which made it easier for my teeth, ended with no pain and faster than usual. I should've moved here sooner!

Dr. Sorenson is an amazing dentist. I would give him more then 5 starts if I could. He really takes the time to answer all your questions without making you feel rushed and explains things very thoroughly. He also makes sure you are comfortable throughout dental procedures. I'm so happy I found a dentist I can trust, which is rare to find!! HIGHLY recommend
