We liked Sorensen Orthodontist for their professional way of treating 2 of my children with braces. During Covid they were able to start treatment under safety measures, adjust to our needs and had always a friendly word for us. Felt very welcoming and it was a smooth process. We are very happy with the end results and can only say we would recommend them to anyone wishing for orthodontic treatment. Thank you Sorensen Orthodontist's team for all you have done for us. See you soon for the next family member.

Been a wonderful experience for my daughter who has loved all the staff, felt comfortable there, and is close to getting braces removed and having beautiful teeth. We could not be happier. Thx Dr Sorensen and his team!

We are very happy with the care both our daughters receive at Sorensen Orthodontics. Dr. Sorensen is very knowledgable and came up with treatment plans unique to their situation. He and his staff are always friendly and make visiting the orthodontist quick and easy. We are confident they're receiving the best care and are so grateful!

The Sorenson Orthodontics Team in West Seattle is fantastic. I appreciate how responsive they are to questions and how willing they are to promptly resolve any concerns that arise for my children's Orthodontic care. You can tell it's a very seasoned team throughout the clinic, and the front desk/schedulers are incredible. They always make me (and my teens) feel welcomed and cared for. Thanks to the whole team!

First I would just like to say that I never take the time to write reviews but I'm making time because if I can help at least one person make the right decision then I've done my job. I decided to go with Dr. Sorenson and he put on my braces in November of 2018. He said that my treatment would be around 18 months, ok fine. Now I will say that I understand that sometimes that is a guesstimate depending on how your treatment is gong. I did not expect much in the beginning because if you've had braces before you know that you go for adjustments etc. spread out over time. Well about after a year I asked him "about how long do you think I have before my treatment is complete?" His answer was "well you can take them off whenever you're ready". In my mind I'm thinking, "excuse me sir, I didn't pay all this money for that answer and further more your job is to tell me your expert opinion as I've paid you to do just that". Anyway, it was clear that my gut feeling was correct, his communication was absolutely horrible. After every appointment, I left not knowing how much longer I had or in what direction my treatment was going. It was absolutely HORRIBLE, when I realized that I wasn't the only one who felt this way I knew it wasn't just ME. Even my Dentist who had to communicate with him to get my braces just right couldn't believe his communication and inability to understand what she wanted. Well then a miracle happened during COVID, his office hired another orthodontist. I kept hearing to give him a try and after almost 3 years of Dr. Sorenson not being able to get my treatment done or communicate about it properly I decided to give Dr. Kaz a chance. Well let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air! His communication skills were the absolute best, I left every appointment KNOWING exactly where I stood and he communicated with my Dentist beautifully. I say all that to say, I started with Dr. Kaz at the end of 2021 and was out of braces in June 2022. I would probably still be in braces had I not decided to make the change. I could never thank him enough. NOW, if you are an adult looking to get braces I recommend Dr. Kaz 100%. I can't speak for Dr. Sorenson as it relates to kids. He may possibly communicate better with parents of children but I will say if you want excellent communication skills, friendly, GENUINE interaction then Dr. Kaz is your guy!! I was going on 4 years with braces but was able to get them off at the 3 1/2 year mark thanks to Dr. Kaz. With all that being said, if it wasn't for possibly the best office staff that anyone could ever ask for that literally became family I don't think I would have made it. To Gretchen and Laurie at the front desk (who have since retired) THANK you! You two were the absolute sweetest and I loved our talks. To Brikaya, Valeria, Bianca and Michelle what would I have done without you 4?? The sweetest genuine souls that I will miss and hope to keep in touch with. All of you are gems and brighten up the office in the best way! THANK YOU THANK YOU. Lastly, Dr. Kaz thanks again for all of your help in such a short amount of time :) The reason I only gave 2 stars is because of my experience with Dr. Sorenson. If I was to rate Dr. Kaz and that amazing office staff I would have given 10 stars!!!!

Really nice, clean office with super kind and sweet staff. We have been coming to this office for years since our kiddo needed 2 phases of braces. Dr Sorenson was super thorough with explaining the whole process so there have been no surprises for us. Would absolutely recommend!

Dr. Sorenson has given my son a great experience with his braces. He was very thoughtful in his approach when my son was not handling the idea of braces well. He came up with a new plan and we delayed braces until my son was ready. His staff is also wonderful. When my insurance changed to better coverage of orthodontics, they gave me a refund for the difference, even though I had initially paid up front for the orthodontics and wasn't even aware my coverage had improved. And the staff who apply the brackets, etc., are great with my son. They are also very good about getting my son in quickly when he needs a bracket reapplied, or a wire breaks.

The staff is always super nice when walking into the office. They greet you right away when you walk in. Super friendly stafd there. The service is painless and very easy. I would recommend anyone to go here for their braces.

From start to finish, this office is amazing! Dr. Sorenson is so smart and thorough. He knows his stuff! The Dental Assistants are all super personable and kind. The ladies working at the front desk are always welcoming, upbeat and kind. I lucked into being a patient here and would recommend them to anyone looking for a terrific Orthodontist.

Excellent Experience. After I broke a bracket, they were able to fit me in very last minute before the office when on break for a week, and took the time to investigate why the bracket broke. I'm very glad I went with Sorensen.
