Dr Sorberos father was arrested and sent to jail for fraudulent dental practices from Fort Plain NY. I believe that his daughter also Dr. Sorbero is guilty as well. My daughter was only going to need braces for six months for lite adjustment. She was in the braces for well over a year. When the insurance limit was reached, the braces miraculously were ready to come off. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. The Sorbero family are crooks.

My partner and I would recommend Dr. Cheryl (especially if you have medical provider anxiety). My partner has been wanting clear braces for years but we hadn't found an orthodontist with the proper compassion and bedside manner to make that happen for him. One visit at Ideal Orthodontics and the nerves melted away, the staff showed patience with my partner and kindness to us both during our visits. Can't wait to see the results! Thank you to Dr. Cheryl and her office staff for their top notch professionalism.

I really liked the communication between the dentist ,assistant.,myself ,and my kids. They explained everything which I did in fact enjoy knowing all of the information going forward .

Dr Sorbero was great I have a beautiful smile and it's all thanks to her and her staff! I went to them for 3 years and it was a great experience. From the consult to having my braces removed to getting my aligners it was great.

Dr. Sorbero has to be one of the most friendly and informative doctors I've ever dealt with! She is awesome and I highly recommend her!!! She does wonderful work and I can say I am very pleased with my smile!!! 5 Stars all the way!!!

Overbooks a lot so there is sometimes quite a wait. Otherwise, the diagnostic services and attention to detail seem quite good. Service hours are often difficult as most of the patients are children and, considering how often the office is closed, after school hours are very, very limited so kids have to miss school to come to appointments. Overall though, they did a good job, but there was only one followup appointment after the braces were taken off which really wasn't enough.

My daughter got her braces and all follow up care in the process with Sorbero Orthodontics. The staff are friendly and are very caring. The techs always explain and answer any questions that you have. At Sorbero Orthodontics my daughter was treated like part of their family. My daughter had her braces taken off and her smile is beautiful, Thank you to everyone in the office!!!!! Thank you Dr. Sorbero for taking care of my daughters smile!

My son has bad anxiety. The first day he went they were all amazing and helpful with him. I've had such great experience there I recommend anyone to them. We are going on 2 years with my son going there.
