Helping patients reach their oral health goals and ensuring they maintain a healthy smile is what Haleigh Stanley enjoys most about working as a dental hygienist at a family dental office. After she graduated from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry with her B.S. in Dental Hygiene, Haleigh knew she wanted to work at a dental office with a doctor who shared her strong work ethic and compassion for patients which is exactly what she found at Soothing Dental.
Haleigh appreciates working at a family dental practice that specializes in treating patients who experience dental anxiety. Her goal is to help ease patients fears and leave them with a positive attitude about dentistry. As a hygienist, Haleigh likes meeting new people with unique personalities and building professional relationships and friendships.
When shes not in the office, Haleigh enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors with friends, fishing, playing sports, and volunteering with Operation Care and dental mission work. She is proud to have won an Honorable Mention at the student research competition for Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry Guard Your Brain a study on the dental effects and prevention of sports-related concussions.
Dr. John Vintons vision was to create a soothing environment that evoked a sense of calmness and wellness for his patients. It is important to him and his staff that you not only enjoy your visit to the dentist, but look forward to your arrival for many years to come. It is with this vision Dr. Vinton came up with the concept for Soothing Dental. With the overwhelmingly positive reaction that patients have to the lavish treatment they receive, Dr. Vinton is convinced that a dental office with a spa-like environment is the key to encouraging patients to attain the dental care they want and need.
As a family dentist, Dr. Vinton believes that optimal oral health is the result of a trusted partnership between the dentist and patient. With this in mind, he goes the extra mile to make sure patients experience ultimate comfort while they are under his care. Because of Dr. Vintons friendly and thoughtful personality, patients feel comfortable asking questions and having conversations about their oral health.
Dr. John Vinton is proud of his hometown roots and looks forward to taking care of his fellow Midlothian neighbors and friends. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Vinton believes strongly in putting the patients comfort first while providing world-class dentistry with personal attention. With over 10 years experience and a stellar reputation, rest assured knowing you are in capable hands.
Outside of his passion for dentistry, Dr. Vinton is an avid shuffleboard player and often competes in neighborhood tournaments. When he is not participating in Trivia Night, he enjoys dining at local hotspots, attending city festivals with family, and evening jogs around Dallas with his wife, Chelsea.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. They know me by name. Dr. Vinton is very helpful to those with anxieties about going to the dentist. Been a patient for a few years because of that and he is not after your money but wants you to have a healthy set of teeth.

Explained in detail what could be happening and it made sense. Thought I had a cracked tooth with a lot of pain. He explained it could be an on flamed ligament. Very helpful. He rocks!

I broke a crown over the weekend. Left a message at Soothing Dental right away. Got a call Monday morning and a 2pm appointment - same day. Had a new crown (no temporary) by 4pm. Doc and his whole staff are extremely professional. So glad I found Soothing Dental in Midlothian, TX!

I love everything about Dr. Vinton's practice, from all of the girls to the Dr. himself. I have NEVER liked going to the dentist, but I don't mind going here! They care for their patients and Dr. Vinton gives you options if you have dental issues. Everyone in the office is great. The name "Soothing Dental" says it all!

My 6 yo (we've been going for about 2 years) has NEVER had an issue with being seen ... Haley and Dr. Vinton make it very comfortable and fun for her! So thankful we decided to make the switch to Soothing Dental and makes it easy to have the whole family with one dentist.

It's always a great experience here. They take you back basically as soon as you get in So there's really never a wait. This place has been my favorite dentist experience by far, ever. The hygienist Haylee really does an amazing job and the dentist is a really great guy. I'm glad we found this place.

New to the area and was looking for a reliable dentist office with great customer service which is hard to find these days. I made the appt over a month out for a Monday and of course 4 days before the appt they call and cancel the appt. We waited a month to be seen then they cancel last minute stating we could reschedule for a later date. Really!? So clearly this office is not reliable, has ZERO customer service and no regard for peoples time. My husband took time off to go to this new dentist. There's nothing "SOOTHING" about this office and DO NOT recommend if your looking for reliability! Like I said, extremely hard to find good customer service these days...
