I had a really great experience today with Kelly. I've never had her before and I'm always apprehensive on going to the dentist because they are always so cold and not personable. Kelly was the complete opposite. she initially incorrectly pronounce my name and I politely corrected her. Unlike other staff I've had experience with, she apologized for saying it incorrectly and made a note to herself on how to pronounce it so she gets it right next time. She made me want to engage in conversations with her, she answered all my questions no matter how stupid. She talked to me and explained things to me in a way that I could understand not using dental hygienist terms. Overall she was very friendly very loving and very eager and willing to help and made my experience great! I never write reviews but I made sure to ask her her name and ask the other staff how i could give her a review because of how good she made me feel by the end of our visit. KELLY, if you're seeing this thanks girl!!! & hopefully I see you again in March

As always , my experience with Dr Soolari's Dental Clinic was great. The receptionist and other staff were courteous as always. My Dental hygienist, Kelly, was awesome and amazing. She walked me through how I can maintain the health of my teeth and gums. She was very thorough yet very gentle in the way she cleaned my teeth. I did not experience any discomfort. She is very personable and I look forward to her services in my future visit.

To all possible new patients to Soolari Dental, especially anyone who fear or hate to go to the dentist, this is the office for you. My consultation visit was amassing, I had other options, but that initial experience ... sold Me. I am 65 ... 66 the end of August. I've gone to the dentist since I was twelve in New Orleans. Since then I've gone to dentist in (D. C. - 70's) NY (Brooklyn 's 80's) DFW (Arlington/Grand Prairie 90's) & Maryland (SS 2000's). The initial harmonious team environment & this concerned educational service provided motivated me to personally complement Dr Soolari. His operation the vision I could see & fell for proving extremely superior customer service along with educating the patient on prevention was phenomenal. I made it a point before leaving to complement the entire staff as well. I'm making this lengthy testimonial now to emphasize an experience I have NEVER had or pleasantly experienced. With the unfortunate nature of the business (Medical & Dental) of today where everything was done in-house (under 1 roof or in 1 office), but now in the age of specialist ... a root canal & crown process is parceled out between 3 offices (in different towns) to get this completed. Dr Soolari did the difficult crown lengthening process of this 3 stage phase to get a crown last Friday (30 June 2022). It is a difficult, challenging & potentially painful procedure for both the patient & the doctor. Dr Soolari's extensive experience, knowledge & chair side manor made this arduous procedure better better than I had read, been told by others (patients & dentist), & finally experienced. No, I couldn't eat much or we'll over the 4th of July weekend. I'm healing very well with little pain & I'm looking forward to my post operation visit this coming Friday the 8th of July. Base on my healing thus far I anticipate a positive estimate of my recovery by Dr Soolari and to be cleared to get the molds made ahead of schedule. I am very happy my prayer was answered when I was referred by my insurance company (Medicare) to his office due

The 2 stars are for the two dental assistants (a girl with dread/locs, and a tall guy) and the receptionist who were really understanding and friendly, Unfortunately Dr.Soolari was neither of those. His bedside manner are lacking, doesn't seem interested in building rapport or creating a relationship with the patient, doesn't know how to confort a patient after giving them bad news, spent more time telling me all the negative aspects of my case rather than exploring solutions. I'm sure he's a skilled surgeon but his people skills are sub par which is a shame because I really like the rest of the staff. Edit: the first name is correct, I just dont use my last name online but initials are Victoria OA.

Mixed review. Silver Spring team nice, attentive professional team. Disappointed/put off by senior Dr. Soolari. Not strong-attentive direct patient contact. Aloof bedside manner. Functioned more as disinterested medical professional more comfortable conveying info about my mouth - as I was in chair - to his team v. me as a patient. He did not offer nor extend the opportunity for Q's - just singular blanket statements about findings. Conveys as a somewhat impatient persona to me. I am certain he is a superb professional as he was referred by my DC dentist. However, bedside/professional direct contact is less than desirable for my professional taste.

My experience was ok tbh, just except the lady that did the Xray need to be more patience she kept complaining the whole time about the pictures not getting good at first, little tense moment,it was really obvious who need to relax, beside that,I recommended this place

My whole families come here for dental cleaning and treatment. Dr. Soolari and his sons and daughter are practicing here and are able to cover all needs for dental health management. They are very professional! The physician assistant and front desk staff are nice and professional as well.
