Needed a Night Guard. I was told insurance will cover a percentage of cost. But after getting it insurance said there was no coverage and I ended up spending $700 which seems a high amount. I wonder if they ever contacted insurance. Nobody offered any explanation, manager never called back (even though I contacted them several times). Also had to go 4 times until they make the night guard right. Lost a customer since trust is broken. They just wanted their money

Love love love Sonrisas Orthodontics! My daughter and I both got our braces around the same time. We got them off a week apart and we are in love with the result! Dr. Cruz and Dr. Farnia did an amazing job with our teeth and transforming our smile! Every time we came in we were treated like family. Sweetest staff ever! My 9 year old is getting her braces on soon and I know they are going to take care of her just like they did with my oldest and I. Definitely recommend them for your whole family! I'm truly amazed at this office and staff. Dr. Cruz did an awesome job with my ortho treatment. My case was complicated and need it surgery to correct this but with expertise , patience , and love he did it ! My sonrisa looks amazing! My 13 year old son and 11 year old daughter both got braces within one week of eachother and it was the best experience, painless, fast, and affordable. The staff made my kids feel so comfortable and special, love it here.

I had the best experience! First and most importantly is that everyone was extremely nice and professional. Customer service was amazing from check in, to the assistant and the doctor of course. I had not been to the dentist in a while and kept putting it off and was embarrassed because I knew I had cavities and didn't floss as much as I should have. The doctor was so friendly and kind and didn't make me feel embarrassed about it. He created a great treatment plan with me and got me back on track. I was also measured for aligners and will start my teeth straightening journey soon!! I'm so grateful to have established a wonderful dentist and prioritized my dental care.
