Riley Bateman, DDS. superior dental professional with a "rock star" staff. The office staff and dentists at this location far exceed my expectations. Knowledgeable and very detail oriented. Sanitary, clean, friendly.

Only filled 2 cavities in the 15 years I have gone there now, they say I have to have two teeth pulled. Aren't the cavities supposed to be filled so you don't get to that point? Disappointed

They were very friendly and respectful of my Senior mom who I brought in to repair broken dentures. My mom is very private about wearing dentures and they were very respectful, caring and treated her amazingly. She talked all day about how wonderful Dr. Riley was.

My first visit to Sonrisas was positive. The doctor treated me courteously and purposefully. He listened to my questions and responded with pertinent information for treatment so that I had a clear idea of the problem and choices for treatment. A delay for treatment was disappointing, but in view of pandemic pressures, unavoidable. So good to have questions answered.

The hygienist, Jim, at Sonrisas, is the best for cleaning my senior teeth. He is so good that getting an appointment is by chance. I can smile with confidence! Thank you and God Bless!

Loved the Dentist and assistant. They were super thorough and professional as well as friendly and made me feel comfortable which isnt always easy for me at the dentist's office. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the way you have to call in order to let someone know you are waiting outside for your appt. Then once inside, I still waited again before I was ever brought back to a room and there's not one chair in the waiting area. So I stood outside for a bit and it was quite chilly then stood around inside again before I was finally taken to the room where I was seen by the dentist.

All my 60 plus years of experiences at different dental offices combine to prove that most are professionals and competent. At Sonrisas I received all that and a more personnel feeling of being talked to and being informed on what they were doing, they also assured me what my insurance would cover. Other offices had always just said they would bill them and I would be charged if it wasn't covered. Much nicer feeling knowing they are great at their work and professional in their business.

Jim is the best!! He's the most knowledgeable and personable dental hygienist I've ever had. I know its partly due to the remodel, and partly due to Covid, but having to stand outside waiting, with nowhere to sit and almost no communication (especially because I was called in 10 minutes after my appt. time) didn't feel good. I look forward to being able to sit while waiting!

My husband, I and our toddler all go to Sonrisas for our dental care and love it. The entire team, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist to the dentists are friendly and helpful. We feel great about the expert dental care. And they did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth without hitting on any of the sensitive areas of my teeth so it was comfortable. I've also been impressed with their COVID-19 precautions and felt very safe. A fantastic experience through-and-through. I've recommended them to friends and, though I don't often write reviews, am recommending them to you all, too!
