WORST DENTAL CLINIC EVER! EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better go to little village location, but this location is full of sh1!t doctors do a horrible job, front desk (one of them) is such a btch, I almost beat her up , if they didn't drag her to back room, I would have enjoy getting her btch attitude outta her body.

Been here since 11:00 for two appointments. One for 12:00 p.m and one for 12:30. It wasn't until 1:30 pm when my first client was called. When I went to the desk to ask why it taking this long. The receptionist with some irritation tells me I'll check to see How much longer but you can reschedule if you want. The nerve to talk to me in this manor after we've waited 2 1/2 hours to be called.

Last three times I went there didn't get anything done. Went there for a cleaning.They look, tell me what I need done then I have to make another appointment. The dentist don't tell you anything. You have to ask what's going on. They ladies are nice but I don't like the dentist.

Depending on the day/time, you might wait a while or not much at all. Wait times could be up to 30 minutes or more There are not many doctors, so after a cleaning, waiting for a doctor could take up to 10 minutes. Front desk was friendly. Now on to my experience, I got a cleaning today which wasn't so bad. It only became worse when they drilled a bit of my gum off. It was probably an accident since the area they needed to clean was close to it. However, they didn't ask if I was okay; they just kept going with the procedure. I wasn't put with anything to numb the pain either. They accidentally drilled other gums and left me with a mouth full of blood. After the drilling, the doctor left in a hurry to her other patient. I also didn't get to rinse the blood out, so I was stuck with bloody mouth until I was outside. The pain lasted for while and recently came back at night. There's now a hole where the gum was.

this place is horrible! Ana, the front desk girl thinks she's the "boss" and would do anything to be the center of attention. don't go here! so many people here are mean. they feel superior. they are nothing but rude, unprofessional people.

Very disappointed with today's visit and I've been coming here for a while. Dr did not introduce himself to us or my daughter I had to ask his name he barely looked in her mouth. After we left my daughter started throwing up but the dental assistant said it was ok for her to swallow what she just cleaned her teeth with. I tried calling back and no one is answering! Very upset.

If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give this place. Horrible service. Unless you want to spend your whole day there do not make an appointment. The last couole times I've gone it's been over a two hour wait. There no point to even make an appointment! Do not go here! I strongly advise to seek another dentist

Wow what a great place to go for your teeth The staff in the front office were great they greet you with a smile when you go in back Stephanie took care of me and Dr. Neems were excellent I would recommend this place without a doubt.
