Worst service ever! I took my children for a dental exam required for school. We waited for almost 2 hours & the staff can't even provide with an estimate time wait, but they do a have a poster about a 10 min grace period for patients, some wait is expected but close to a 2 hr wait is ridiculous. Also if the kid is 7 years or older they don't allow the parent to go in according to a poster my kid is 6 & still didn't allow me in there, then whoever she was, it was very rude about i saying my kids are everywhere! Well yea after a 2 hour wait do you expect! DO NOT GO TO THERE!

I only gave this place 1 star because I had to! It's the worst dentist office I've ever been to! I waited 45 minutes to see the dentist and the representative at the front desk was sooo rude to me! I told her that I had to be at work and she said I would have to wait just like all the other customers with a rude attitude, I will not be returning here and I don't advise anyone to come here!!!

I've been to two locations and they both were horrible. The first one in Chicago didn't clean my teeth thoroughly and told me my teeth looked fine even though I had noticeable cavities. This one is even worse! First of all I had a 1 o'clock appointment and didn't get seen until about 3 because they overbook I came in and other people came in saying they had 1 o'clock appointments as well...and good luck even making an appointment because you won't be seen until the next month! Also the dentist didn't listen to any of my concerns I had obvious decay and he acted like he couldn't see it and basically told me I was making things up. They never even gave me an X-ray! It was a waste of time even coming here. I found a new better dentist and she found the decay without me even saying anything about it and fixed it right away.

I have not had a good experience with Dr. G. First of all, he never did a thorough cleaning of my teeth. He would clean a few teeth then say my teeth looked good and keep up the good work. I'm sorry when I lived in Michigan the dentist office I went to cleaned ALL of my teeth and did an excellent job cleaning them. I even tried to bring this issue to Sonrisa dental staff's attention and they got mad and upset at me. I'm sorry when I'm not getting a thorough cleaning I'm going to say something. I don't recommend this dental office. I will be looking for a new dentist. I've been with Sonrisa about a year.

They answer there phone when they fell like it ,very rude and judgmental customer service,and when my son saw another dentist ,he told me something different,I wouldn't recommend them .

The front office staff is wonderful and caring. The Dentist really is so caring and, does quality professional Dental work. The professional staff in back are such caring, skilled, beautiful people . Over all my best experience at any Dental office ever.

I love this Lil spot. At first looks small but inside very calming and comfortable inside. I had my teeth cleaned so good that I felt like I have extra room in my mouth for food. Dr. Gargir gave me special care for my teeth of brushing with salt that my teeth are even whiter than what I previously used of baking soda/peroxide mixture. I'm so grateful for the care I received. Thank you Dr Gargir and Sonrisa staff. You made my day.

This was my first time at this place. I am very nervous of Dentists, but this Doctor was very good considering how I feel about Dentists. I would recommend them. Dr. Albert, is who I saw, no pain at all. UODATE: 1/21/22 THEY ARE LIARS, they Tom's me one thing and at the end, your insurance doesn't cover that, well why you lied and said it did when I first made the appointment, they wanted that money

Lady came in numbed me, left for 20 minutes came back with THE PREVIOUS PATIENTS GLOVES still on. The dental assistant was hurting me the entire time time while texting and having 3 different conversations all at the same time. Not to mention they hurt me so many times with multiple instruments, and we're being super rough. Super unprofessional and I was super uncomfortable, I highly recommend you find a different dentist. Anywhere but here.

haha ... This place looks like a Western movie run down by cowboys or a tornado hit remote suburb. Doctors quality is subpar. One thing for sure , they are expert in pulling teeth using pliers.

Don't even bother to come to this place my wife went here and the main dentist was very unprofessional disrespectful and wears his feeling on his sleeves. He feels like he can disrespect his customers and have no consequences to his actions unfortunately all I can do is leave review and warn other people about this place so they don't experience what my wife had to go thru. But if you don't believe me try it on your own risk but you've been warned.

Horrible front desk!! I called several times to let them know I was going to be late due to a accident for my son's dentist appointment. We were literally 1 minute late! And the lady at the desk told me I had to reschedule or wait and it was 8 people before me now. This the same office that has you made me wait a whole hour even when you did have a appointment. The dentist are what saves this place. Zero complaints about them.
