This facility is awful. My friend had a broken tooth and was in extreme pain. He had been on antibiotics for 5 days. After the x-rays the so called dentist says it needs to come out. But you'll have to come back another day. WHY WASTE OUR TIME IF YOU CANT DO IT THEN WHY MAKE HIM WASTE TIME WHEN HE COULD HAVE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT COULD ACTUALLY GET HIM OUT OF PAIN. And because they lied to him and he called them out on their lies. He gets a letter stating they won't help him ever. We called blue cross to let them know they were billing fraudulently. And told them what they did to him. They will be removed from Medicare. Disgraceful place of business.

I always hated dentist visits but dr Kathy is a great dentist and is very nice and gentle when it comes to any work needing done. The staff knows what they are doing and I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend Sonrisa family dental

Love Dr. Krupa and Dr. Kathy both are very wonderful to see when I bring my kids in for their annual exams. Always so quick and easy. I will continue to bring them to the Blue Island location!

I think the people are nice, but they never answer the phones and Google says they are open at 10 but it's 10:15 and they aren't open.

I may or may not like the place , However I drive 10 miles to this place because of Dr Kathy. I am close to chicago heights Sonrisa which is half the distance, but I prefer blue island . She is very caring and she extracted my teeth with a very minimal pain that I can't express in words, but I am so delighted and lucky to have such a great dentist for me.

Place is dirty, they talk about their personal life while working on your mouth, went for a cleaning and only receive half of the service, I've been with them since the only dentist they have started and he was very responsible and caring in the beginning now he barely does the work. Never coming back and I hope this helps people when making the right choice when picking who cares for their smile.

April 2022 experience: My 7 and 4 year old came back scared of the lady checking their mouths.They described her as an African American lady with black hair with yellow highlights.My 9 year old said the person who checked her was very nice but also said that the lady who checked my other daughters was not only yelling at my child to open her mouth, but also hurt her lip in the process.I don't think children should be subject to this type of treatment.It should be a pleasent time for them.I will be looking for a different dental office. Parents you have been warned.

When Sonrisa first opened they were so pleasant to talk to. They would return calls and always answered the phones. Now they have the worst customer service. They must have had a change of personnel. Time to look for a new dentist!

Wasted my time and insurance, did nothing for my son but brush his teeth with a toothbrush, and then gave me a list of other places to take him. If they don't do pediatric dentistry they should have told me so on the phone so i could find somewhere else. Dr also didnt even say hello or give his name or anything, super unprofessional. Also ive been here myself a few years ago for a small cavity that didnt even hurt and that same Dr drilled my tooth so much and apparently didnt fill in all of what he drilled that i had way more sensitivity in that tooth than i did before i came in. Luckily it healed on its own now but i will never make an appointment with them again. Worst dentist ever.

Horrible place. I wouldn't bring my dog/cats or worst enemy to this place. I was In unbelievable pain from cple teeth but they wouldn't pull because of a.minor.medical condition wouldn't have any bearing on extraction. Kept pushing to gett root canal/capps/crowns.. never again will go there and would NOT EVER recommend to anyone.. so now here o am I. Horrible pain because they won't help.this was Blue island location and Dr Rodriguez. Walk out of damn room and did not come back...did NOT evw8give me anything for the pain I told him I was in. Horrible..

Dr. Curry is awesome. Grace, her assistant is her name, Grace. Full of Grace and wiped my tears when I had an anxiety attack. They were both lovely woman. The man that pulled my tooth didn't offer antibiotics or pain medication after pulling 2 teeth. They're supposed to be open and no one answering calls for some reason. 5 stars for Dr. Curry. 0 stars for the guy who pulled my teeth.

2nd time here for my kids. Last time was over a year ago and I said I'd never return because the Dr never acknowledged me or introduced himself, only spoke to his assistant and didn't even if I had questions. It felt rushed. This time it was pretty much the same thing. He wasn't very friendly or thorough just did his examination quickly after his assistant did the cleaning. She was really nice and helpful making my 3 year old feel comfy as I held my 1 yr old but I didn't get her name either. I'll probably try to find a more friendly dentist for my kids. I'm used to a dentist that makes jokes and other conversation and asks you questions. They didn't ask us a single question or give any advice. Unlike any dentist I've ever been to. Just said "No cavities, see you in 6 months."... I'll pass. 2 stars for the fast service and constant appt reminders.

I wish I could have given no stars I came here with my 2 small children and there was no verbal communication as well like nothing, he just came in cleaned their teeth and that was it! I literally had to ask is there any type of information you can give me on my visit? And us patients with children need that verbal communication it's a must! And I find it very weird that now since the COVID-19 they have a rule that no one is allowed with a patient in the room until the visit is over for patients older than 4years that has to be illegal all minors have to be accompanied by an adult while being seen I couldn't believe what I was reading I'm so glad I changed my kids dentist!! People please don't waste your time

Worst dentist office I ever been Very poor customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have no patients !!! My appointment didn't even matter to them . They rushed me out when I needed a fill in ! And they response was that they had other people !!!! But this is my appointment I matter tooo
