Dr. Barber was born in Sweeny, Texas. He graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. He served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force after graduating from the University of Texas Dental School in Houston in 2003. Dr. Barber served for three years at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. Afterwards, he practiced as an associate with Dr. Eric Beutow in North Pole, Alaska, before moving back to Texas in 2007. He and his wife, Carolina, love living in central Texas and are very enthusiastic about raising their two sons, Preston and Parker, in this cherished community.
Dr. Barbers professional memberships include the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Alumni Pankey Institute, River District Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Gruene Lions Club. Dr. Barber enjoys tennis, golf, running, hunting, fishing and skiing, but mostly playing with his sons.
Betty grow up in Benito, Texas. She joined our team in early 2020, and her passion to help others is outstanding. Betty lives a healthy life. During her spare time, she enjoys working out and fishing with her family and cooking healthy, delicious meals.
Ximena is our newest addition to Sonrisa Dental. She graduated from Madison High School in 2021 and loves spending time with her family, friends and dog, Pancho. She is passionate about learning the dental insurance industry and wants to make sure every patient has a great experience at Sonrisa Dental.
Dari has joined Sonrisa Team in early 2021. She has work in the dental field for the past 15 years and her passion is to provide excellent quality services to Sonrisa patients. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is a loyal fan of San Antonio FC, and you can find her at every home game.
