I will never come back to this office again once my daughters braces treatment is over.. the dentist is never there, always rescheduled appointments. Office closed all the time and the Dentist herself is beyond the rudest person I've met. Horrible experience by far inhumane for sure... never again I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

IF you have a different and better option GO THERE!!!! There's always a problem at this office. If it's not something breaking down then she's short staffed ( hmm wonder why??) or she's having some kind of issue and the office is closed for the next few days. She's extremely rude, doesn't introduce herself when she walks in the room, she doesn't even speak to her patients. Every time I came in the office she's sitting off in a corner on her phone. The dental assistants are OK for the most part but they can be a little rough when working on your mouth. I truly wish I would've considered a different office 2 years ago when getting braces maybe I'd be a little more satisfied with my results... I waited 2weeks to get a "temporary retainer" because her equipment once again was not Working. The only reason I got that retainer is because I pretty much demanded that something be put on while I wait. Then they finally come and she tries to convince me to keep the ones I got because apparently "they are so much better" if that was the case why weren't they offered before? Why was I waiting for a retainer that isn't that good? ... go some place else if that option is available for you.

This office treated my family and I very well. Great service. Staff is so welcoming and nice. I had braces for three years and love how my teeth turned out.

ive been coming here for about 6 years now and i would say they are very nice and caring. They will make sure they are doing the best they can and i just recently got my braces off and my smile is amazing! i 100% recommend this place :)

I've had my braces on for about three years . SONRISA dental has excellent skills and are highly equipped. I got my braces off today and I absolutely love the end results. They did a great job. It worth the wait and time. Thanks for a great service.

This dentist has never given any unprofessional work and has always keep me satisfied. The staff try to make your visit as good as possible. It is also a quiet environment so is even better. Just recently got my braces off and they look amazing!!

Both my daughters got their braces at Sonrisa Dental. My daughters and were very satisfied with the outcome. Staff members are friendly and very understanding when scheduling my appointments, knowing I had to drive about an hour to bring me girls here. Which was totally worth it. Not to mention the affordable price for braces. It would have been extremely expensive to take my 2 girls elsewhere. I highly recommend Sonrisa Dental. Thanks Dr. Williams and staff.

After 6 years with braces I'm highly satisfied with my amazing smile I recommend the staff has always been so friendly I truly do appreciate every single one of them they will take care of you and make sure your comfortable with everything they truly do care about their patients

I got my braces here at the end of 2019 and I got them off a couple of days ago, I couldn't be happier with the results! The people at Sonrisa are also very nice and do their job quickly. Even with the pandemic going on, I feel comfortable with the precautions they have in place to keep people healthy. Overall, best place to get your braces.

I have been coming here for about 10 years. All my kids come here and have had their braces. The customer service is exceptional everybody is so nice and friendly. I just got my braces off and my smile looks amazing. This is a wonderful establishment and everybody that works here. Thank you for your dedication and wonderful work.
