In the first 5 minutes I was there, I was asked to use hand sanitizer 3 times. Not only is this unnecessary, it is in the long run potentially harmful, since it can lead to the development of resistant bacteria. In the future, it would be better to use soap & water to wash the hands... Or if they don't have running water for some reason, then a single application of hand sanitizer will do... Not 3 times in 5 minutes.

LIFE SAVERS. Literally. I came in with major tooth pain and they attended me like every dental office should, they are very quick to correspond with customer needs, and if by chance they can't attend you immediately they make sure that you get the proper help in order to take the next steps. Totally recommend.

So nice they are very professional services in English Spanish and Mandaline. The girls up front very professional text alerts. Everyone is very nice and will work with you. My kids love it I am happy here!!

I started out as a Medicaid patient when I was in-between jobs. From my first call to establish myself as a new patient, I was treated with dignity and kindness, and had an appointment in 48 hours! At each visit, the front-desk ladies called to confirm 24 hours ahead of the appt., explain what procedure(s) will be done, explain my coverage, allow me to ask any questions, and greet me with the happiest smiles. Dr. Chan is gentle, thorough, administers novocaine painlessly, and give guidance for better personal dental habits. Now that I have private insurance, they called ahead of my appt today to establish coverage and my care plan. Sonria practices exceptional patient satisfaction Five Stars!!

Sonria is the BEST dental office I have ever been too! Upon walking into the office, I got this ethereal and euphoric energy. Every part of staff WILL make sure that you are well informed, comfortable and well taken care of! The receptionists up front were warm and welcoming. Dr. Iris Chan, works very fast and made sure that I was properly numb and comfortable while getting my fillings. I did not feel any discomfort during my procedure. The dental assistant even let me hold her hand while Dr. Chan numbed me.(I'm terrified of needles). Biggest shoutout to Saira for being so accommodating and helpful! She thoroughly explained my healthcare coverage and pricing for certain dental procedures. And she's is INCREDIBLY SWEET! If you're looking for a TECH SAVVY, THERAPEUTIC, PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT dental office, Sonria Dental Art is the way to go!

I came here made an appointment on the phone came in for my appointment, and got my x ray done all I wanted was to extract 1 tooth and instead they told me they cannot theirs 3 other tooths I have to extract but all I wanted was to extract 1 tooth that's been causing pain in my past 2 years and they couldnt do that so they referred me to another dentist , and now the dentist they referred me wont help me at all but my question was couldnt they just do 1 thing which was to extract one bad tooth .

The Doctor is awesome, but what really makes this place worthwhile are the lovely workers at the front desk. They always greet me with a big smile and you can feel the genuineness when they inquire about my kids-It gives the office a homey kind of feel, like we are distant relatives catching up on what's been going on since my last visit I would most definitely recommend Sonria Dental Art for your dental needs, as a matter of fact, I already have, and my friend will be a new client soon!

I had initially selected this place for its location, to be of easy access, however I have to say that the staff's kindness is definitely its main asset for me now. Everyone is always smiling, accommodating and very professional. Since I can't name everyone, high five to Miss Saira and Doctor Chan who are just wonderful and always very patient!! I highly recommend this place.

Visiting this dentist has been an amazing experience. From my first visit back in November the front desk office was very greatful and kind. As of yesterday, Dr. Iris Chan helped to fill my teeth from a root canal that was simple. She would take any questions before doing the procedures and would go over the x-ray. Thank you, Steven Z.
